Florida's best kept secret but, not for much longer. 1/2 mile from Navarre Beach bridge where you can play beach volleyball while the kids play on the playground, grabs some food and drinks and watch some beautiful sunsets. This unit is at the end of a cul-de-sac which will take you down to the Sound for some incredible sunsets. Take a short stroll across the street to the emerald green waters and powder white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Kayaks, paddle boards, surf boards, golf carts and scooters are available for rent with free delivery. Take the time to go fishing or stroll the Gulf of Mexico's longest fishing pier. Don't forget the sunscreen and what the lifeguard flags mean. We want all of our guest safe for their next visit with us.
Master bedroom has a queen bed with private deck for reading and relaxing. Spare bedroom has a full size bed with a full/twin bunk beds and pack and play for the little ones. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bobby chair for the little ones to eat. Kitchen is set up with all the comforts of home. Parking for two cars right in front of the unit. Renting early this year while we fix up cabin we purchased.

Why they chose this property
It is a very quiet cul de sac. Everyone is very friendly. The best of both worlds, with the sound in the left and the gulf on the right. Kayaking or surfing is in either direction.
What makes this property unique
This is our home 10 months out of the year. We have had engagements, family who have never met and families who always return every year.
