At the heart of the old village of Montgenèvre, 3 minutes from the snow front and the ski school, we welcome you to our apartment of 90 m² on the ground floor of the new luxury residence Les Granges de Caterina (2014) .

A large living room (kitchen, living room, dining room) facing south and overlooking a private 100sqm garden serves bedrooms (1x160, 1x140, 2x90), alcove (bunk beds 80x200) and 2 shower rooms with toilets. A sofa bed (140 cm with 18cm thick mattress for sleeping troubleshooting) increases exceptionally to 10 people the capacity of the apartment. The library area / play area will delight your children after a day on the slopes.

Furnished and decorated for our own use, we have made great attention to the atmosphere and quality of materials. A double closet at the entrance allows to store coats and après ski. All bedrooms have large closets or wardrobes with hanging space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Small appliances including toaster, kettle, espresso machine, raclette, fondue, waffle iron and grilled sandwiches.

A washer / dryer is available and the need for daily maintenance (sponges and dish detergent, vacuum cleaner, etc.).

Linen and cleaning weekend are included to focus on the essential: the pleasure of your stay.

Ski lockers (on the ground floor opposite the entrance of the apartment), the ski boot (shoe fitted with heaters) and our garage / box (-1) will be available.

The apartment is on the standards and wheelchair access.

Access to the slopes is 3 minutes, at 'Space partners, where you will find the ski school and shops for ski lifts. Packages Grand Montgenevre, with the expansion Mountains of the Moon (110km of slopes) for a family skiing Via Lattea (440km of tracks) on plots of the Turin Olympics. You choose.

Shops and amenities are available immediately from the apartment. Less than 10 minutes walk, you can access the new spa center Durancia.

Rent from Sunday to Sunday you will get much more relaxed with a road without traffic jam.

Excellent property in great skiing location

Excellent modern property with everything needed for a family skiing trip. Superb central location near slopes and local shop. Communication with the local management company could be better on check-in and check-out, but the owners were excellent. Everything is provided within the property, but a few minor extras are needed to cover the whole week. Would definitely look to use this property again if/when we visit Montgenevre again.

Large comfortable apartment ideally located for acceaa to ski lifts and main street with a few bars and restaurants. Good facilities eg coffee maker, dish washer and wifi and apartment block has ski lookers and boot room. Angeline the property manager greeted us on arrival and let us in and was very friendly (though we needed Google translate as none of our party spoke French).

Very impressed with space, particularly as we were two families of 4 with young kids we appreciated the play area and the ample storage. It was a short walk to esf departure point as promised. We prefer to travel Saturday but would come on Sunday to stay here :)

We had a fabulous weeks stay at the apartment as a group of 2 families (4 adults, 4 children). The apartment has everything we could have needed and is really well located, a short (max 7 mins with kids in ski boots) walk to the snow front/ski school meeting area which was great for both getting on the mountain in the morning but also giving a chance to return for lunch and have a rest before heading back out. The apartment is modern and very well furnished. 3 principle bedrooms with a further "curtained off" room with bunk beds.

Nous remercions Thierry et Aurore pour leur très bel appartement, ainsi que Sophie pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. La location est conforme à la description et aux photos. Totalement équipé et fonctionnel, il est arrangé avec goût et nous nous sommes tout de suite senti comme à la maison. Les enfants se sont immédiatement installés dans le coin montagne et ont adoré jouer dans la neige dans le jardin. Tout est à proximité, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture de toute la semaine.
