NEW STUDIO 15m² 2 ALPES FULL CENTER

For rent at least 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday) Cozy studio of 15m² on the second floor for for 2 adults and 1 child up to 13 years old completely renovated fully renovated ideally located across (across the Place des 2 Alpes) from JANDRI EXPRESS (main ski lifts and central of the station), the ESF, the Tourist Office, the swimming pool and the ice rink.

It consists of a living room, a kitchen area (fridge) and a bathroom (sink + shower) with WC.

This studio is in a very quiet 3-story residence "La Sénéou" set back and elevated from the main axis of the station, avenue de la Muzelle.

It has an interior finish "chalet" both elegant and modern. The equipment is complete and high-end (flat screen, 2 ceramic hobs, extractor, microwave).

For bedding, a convertible sofa type BZ 140x190 and a 90x190 bed on the mezzanine (for children over 6 years old and up to 13 years old). Sheets and towels not provided. A deposit check of 60 € will be requested on the day of your arrival and returned on the day of departure if cleaning has been carried out.

Collective private parking is available depending on arrivals.

In the rental price are included the consumption of water, electricity, heating and the payment of the tourist tax.

This studio will suit people wishing to be in the heart of the 2 Alpes resort and its animation. Numerous restaurants and shops, a U supermarket, a pharmacy and a clinical center are available just below the residence. There are many diverse activities within the resort: glacier located at 3600 m, summer and winter skiing, paragliding or paraski, hiking, visits to the ice cave, downhill mountain biking, open swimming pool and ice rink, mountaineering ...

It is a station with wide sidewalks and a slight drop: ideal for walking.

The rental is reserved for non-smokers.
There is no disabled access.

Très bien placé mais très petit

Le gros plus est l'emplacement à deux pas des remontées mécaniques principales et en plein coeur de la station. La place de parking privée est très pratique. Seul point noir : appartement vraiment petit. Une fois le canapé lit déplié, on ne peut plus bouger !
