We had a truly wonderful stay at Sunshine Beach House in Belle River. The communication between our host, Tracy, and me was exceptional from beginning to end. The home provided the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing week.We especially appreciated the thoughtful booklet with information about Sunshine Beach House, along with recommendations for things to do and places to visit and eat in the surrounding areas. It was incredibly helpful and made exploring the area so much easier.Thank you, Tracy, for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to book Sunshine Beach House again!

Great location on the Northumberland Strait. House has everything you need. Quiet spot for rest and relaxation. 45 minutes to Charlottetown (Gahan House for lunch or dinner), 30 minutes or less to 4 lighthouses, and just 15 minutes to Belfast Tulips (tulips bloom mid-May to early June) and an excellent bakery called Country Taste (breakfast or lunch).

Lovely beach house

Very well equipped house that has everything (and more) that you need for a beach stay. The kids loved beach-combing & clamming out the front door & spent hours at the Broken Rock Fossil Shop. Even though we visited outside the summer season we found lots to do on the East Coast.

Amazing and beautiful!

This was such a wonderful stay. What a beautiful home and location with a lovely quiet beach. The kids had a blast exploring the sand and rocks and hunting for clams. The house is clean and inviting and the owners had thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Short drive to lighthouses and restaurants and anything else you would need. 10/10 recommend staying here and we will hopefully be back in the future.
