Pleasant holiday home located between Espinho and Vila Nova de Gaia 100 m from the beaches of Francelos and Miramar, walking paths and cycle paths along the seaside. Lively esplanade with water jets, games for children and adults, cafes with wifi internet in front of the Nosso Senhor da Pedra chapel.
Ideal for family with children or friends.
The historic center of Porto, a mysterious and charming city, is accessible by car, bus or train. You will be able to discover the old facades of the city, its historical and cultural gems as well as its many bridges which span the Douro. You will not be able to leave without having visited the cellars of the port (and perhaps the vines upstream of the Douro!), this well-known wine exported throughout Europe for centuries.
Golfers can indulge their passion at the 9-hole Miramar Golf, located by the sea 2 km from the house, at Oporto Golf Club, 18-hole located south of Espinho 12 km, at Quinta da Bica Academia do 9-hole golf course in Porto, 18-hole Amarante golf course. The Miramar golf course makes its swimming pool available to golfers and their companions.
Nearby, Guimaraes, Braga and Barcelos to the north, Aveiro, Batalha, Coimbra, Fatima and Nazaré to the south are worth a visit.

Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et joliment décorée, parfaite pour les grandes familles. Le quartier est calme (séjour au mois d'octobre), l'endroit est parfait pour profiter des joies de la mer. Le service de boite à clés permet de s'installer en toute autonomie. Pas de télé, mais cela ne nous a pas manqué.

Mooie locatie dichtbij strand en de stad Porto.

Het vakantiehuis is van veel luxe voorzien. Je kunt daarnaast gebruik maken van diverse spel en sportmogelijkheden. De accommodatie houder zet alles voor je klaar en reageert snel op vragen.Hoewel in de omschrijving van het huis niet duidelijk was vermeld dat televisie en wifi niet aanwezig zijn heeft ons gezin dit geen moment gemist. Een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

La location est très bien située, aussi bien pour profiter du bord de mer que de la région de Porto. Commerces et restaurants à proximité, on se sent comme chez soi.

Très belle maison

Maisontres belles chambres grande salle à manger deux grande terrasse bien exposée stationnement de notre véhicule à l'intérieur très important surtout pour les véhicules pris en location. La maison est vraiment placé 100m de la mer 9km de Porto très belles piste cyclable en bord de mer un vrais régal en vélo ou trottinette qui vous emmène jusqu'à Porto Un régal on reviendra

Best location to relax

This house worked very well for the area I wanted but I wish the owner would of supplied a few items like dish soap and laundry soap also ice trays that are not rubber and bend would of been better. There was a lot of dogs barking in area but they calmed down after a while. The house though was excellent but the showers all need something on floor cause they are slippery when wet and we almost fell in them in all 3 showers. 1 shower needs a hand held shower cause it was loose. The kitchen was everything you need and more

Ravis de notre location

Nous étions 8 personnes adultes et avons tous appréciés notre location. Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Location très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.Plage, passerelle de marche, commerces à proximité et le tout proche de Porto. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques ainsi que les personnes sur place pour vous accueillir. Que du positif.

Le groupe a été enchanté.(7 adultes)Maison suffisamment grande pour que chacun ai son propre espace. La proximité de l'océan est un plus. Nous avons pu profiter du calme tout en découvrant la région. Gezellige en confortabele vakantie woning

Wij genoten met 5 volwassenen van een heerlijke vakantie vlakbij de kust en nabij Porto. Er is voldoende ruimte om zowel binnen als buiten te tafelen en 's avonds gezellige tot rust te komen. Elke kamer heeft mooi zijn eigen leuke sfeer en kleur. We profiteerden van het buitenteras voor BBQ en pingpong of zochten de zon op bij de ligbedden. Heel fijn ook dat de zee en promenade langs de kuslijn op wandelafstand vlot te bereiken zijn. Wij hadden alleen de pech dat de vaatwas even defect was, maar dat werd ongetwijfeld vlot verholpen.

Excellentes prestations, la maison est très sympa, il ne manquait vraiment rien. Nous étions 4 personnes, nous aurions pu être le double sans souci. Un apéro nous attendait à notre arrivée, après un long voyage, on apprécie! Pour le reste, la plage est à 2 pas, ensuite pour les sorties (restos, alimentation, points d'intérêts) tout est expliqué dans le livre d’accueil soigneusement et très précisément renseigné par les propriétaires. Vraiment aucun regret sur notre choix.

Buena experiencia.

Hemos estado en Oporto en varias ocasiones, aunque nunca nos habíamos alojado tan al sur de la ciudad. Y no nos hemos arrepentido. La zona es muy tranquila y agradable, y bien comunicada. Puedes estar en Afurada en poco tiempo, simplemente caminando sin separarte de la playa, y encuentras todos los servicios básicos cerca y a precios razonables. La casa es agradable y se ajusta a la descripción que se hace de ella en la web. Tiene muchas posibilidades, y para sacarle todo su partido es preferible una estancia larga, aunque para estancias cortas se presta también a la perfección. Buena experiencia.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Vila Nova de Gaia en avril 2017. La maison était propre, accueillante et bien équipée. La mer est à 3 minutes à pied avec possibilité de faire de longues balades en front de mer. Les indications données par les propriétaires concernant les restaurants alentour mais aussi à Porto nous ont été très utiles. Madame Dos Santos a répondu a chacune de nos questions avec une grande réactivité. Que de bons souvenirs.
