This historic house is located 1 block from the St. Croix river, across the street from one of the best restaurants in the area, easy 1-2 block walk to all of Hudson's downtown shopping. 20 miles from the big city of St. Paul and you can even see MN from this location.

Communication and check-in were wonderful!Clean and adequate space… We would only advise that it would be good to know about the bathroom on the first level and bedrooms upstairs before you book.The stairs are slippery and a bit steep- so don’t wear socks on the stairs and if you’re not good with them, probably not your best location..

A lovely home and I would gladly stay again but would bring earplugs to sleep better. Being so close to downtown with all the shops and businesses has the downside of traffic at night. The outdoor patio in the summer would be a great place for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.
