Our first floor unit is nestled in Sunset Village which is surrounded by Sandpiper Bay’s award winning 27 hole Country Club! There are also over 30 public golf courses within 20 miles.

We comfortably sleep 5-6 guests & only 10 minutes from Amazing Sunset Beach & short ride to both Ocean Isle Beach & North Myrtle Beach.

The master bedroom boasts a King bed that can be converted to 2 twin beds if needed,
Flat screen Television huge walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and access to the screened patio.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and flat screen TV & large closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a dishwasher and full-size washer/dryer.
The living area includes a 42” flat screen cable TV, plenty of board games, The sofa converts to a Queen size sleeper, Large sliding doors provide access to a private, screened patio complete with Bistro set & rocking chair which overlooks a pond to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

We also include Cable & WI-FI for your convenience.
Local amenities include two swimming pools, outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, exercise fitness room and community outdoor grills.

Neighboring Calabash & Ocean Isle offer some of the best seafood & restaurants in the world!
And, if you love shopping Myrtle Beach is only a short distance away.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is the 2nd time we have rented this condo and once again we were very satisfied. The unit was clean and perfectly fit our needs for a weekend stay. I would recommend as Lynne and June are wonderful to rent from.

Very well kept place. Plenty of room for 4 to 6 adults. Had all the niceties there, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, plenty of paper towels, ice, keurig coffee maker etc.. Will stay again.

1. Roaches. We killed one in the room where the washer is. That is a big NO-NO for any rental. 2. The key lock box needs to be replaced with a new one. This one is ridiculously hard and stressful to open. It required a phone call to the owner to help in resolving. 3. The arrival information only showed the address and NOT THE UNIT NUMBER. There are multiple units in this bldg. Another stressful moment. 4. The bldg. number of 874 is NOT viewable from the street due to an overgrown tree blocking the number. We deduced this was the right building by looking at both left and right building numbers. Another stressful situation. 5.The internet code was not provided anywhere in the unit, resulting in phone calls and text messages to the owner to resolve. Stressful 6. This unit is old and needs major upgrades. The furniture is extremely outdated and needs replacing. If you are going to keep renting, you must upgrade the furnishings. 7. Internet speed is slow and needs upgrading. See below 7. Internet speed is poor DOWNLOAD Mbps 42.05 UPLOAD Mbps 20.39 8. The living room TV is old and needs updating 9. wife complains of carpet smell in the master bedroom. She will try another bedroom tonight. 10. We were told we would be provided the lockbox key code before arriving. We were not provided that information. We had to text and email the owner to get this information, stressful. 11. The picture on the VRBO website of this location is NOT the front of this bldg. nor the interior, at least not currently. It could have been 20+ years ago. Misleading information is never a good thing. Updating one’s pictures ensures you are being honest with the renters about the overall “look” of your rental. Most of the pictures on the website are not what the unit currently looks like. Misleading advertising is a dicey issue. 12. The dryer makes enough noise (clicking/rubbing/something wrong) noise, unacceptable. 13. the master shower/bath is from 20+ years ago. Time to at the very least, replace the showerhead with a new unit, and the bathroom sink faucet which leaks back onto the countertop. Seems like a reasonable request. We drove 500 miles/10 hours to this terrible welcome

Overall nice condo and good location. Sliding glass door leading to the screened porch needs a little work as it is very hard to lock. The screened in porch is wonderful to sit and have your morning coffee watching golfers and nature!

We booked this property for a golf weekend. We received the check-in information and door code early on the day of our arrival. Everything was wonderful as we arrived. The property was clean.The property was close to our golf courses, but also very close to restaurants and shopping. We received an email early on our departure day to remind us of the check-out procedures, which were simple and easy.It was a great stay, and we will be back.

The screened in porch was dirty with pollen and it took my wife 2 HRS to clean befor we could sit in it. That is not something you drive 8 HRS and have to do.

Perfect fit for our group

Traveling with older and somewhat disabled adults. The only step to get into the condo was the curb from the parking lot. This was perfect. First floor condo, walk in shower. Bedrooms were nice, clean linens and towels. Kitchen is small but it worked for our group. View of the golf course from screened in sunroom. Mattresses were firm. Would stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood.
