Renovated home in the heart of one of the most historic neighborhoods in Louisville. This home is one bedroom and one bath, comfortably accommodating two adults! Walking distance to Waterfront Park and Lynn Family Stadium! Also close to Louisville Slugger Field, KFC Yum Center, Whiskey Row and all the downtown museums, such as the Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Science Center, Frazier Historical Arms Museum, and the Louisville Slugger Museum. Also close to Churchill Downs, Cave Hill Cemetery, the airport, Univ of Louisville and L&N Stadium.
Again, there is only one bedroom and one bathroom. Kitchen is fully functional.

Lovely Stay in the Heart of Louisville

We really enjoyed staying at the property; we had everything we needed, privacy, and could walk to many restaurants and shops. We had no issues with parking and the home was very comfortable. We only had a couple of days, but would have enjoyed more time.

Quaint and clean

Butchertown Beauty

This property is well maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location also can't be beat as it's close to many attractions. The property owner was detail-oriented and checked in often to make sure we had everything needed for our stay. We'd definitely stay again if ever back in this area!
