Great resort

Thank you Nancy for all the wonderful and detailed information you provided before we left. The resort was absolutely amazing. So many pools and a lot to do for every age. From the young kids with the kiddies play area in the pool to the wave pool and slide. The lazy river was a great place to cool off. The beach was beautiful and clean. There are so many restaurants to choose from and having a kitchen was so great to have a few things on hand for morning coffee or a glass of wine later in the evening while you sat on the balcony looking over the ocean

This property is beautiful and great for families and multigenerational groups.

We had a great stay at the Grand Mayan. The property was as described-beautiful and relaxing. We have stayed here before, and enjoyed the many improvements and expansions of this beautiful resort. The unit we stayed in was comfortable for our family of 4. Nancy was a breeze to work with and responded to my inquiry promptly. The details she provided of the property, check in procedure and airport pickup as well as documents, were clear and easy to follow. She also gave some suggestions of restaurants and things of interest on the property and in the area that were helpful. Would happily rent from this owner again!
