Fully furnished duplex with large living room with dedicated work space, Roku TV, Wireless Internet, dining area, full kitchen with new dishwasher, new front load washer & dryer, tiled bathroom, comfortable queen bed in large bedroom with Roku TV, lots of light, fenced yard. Quite residential low traffic street. Nearby: Shopping, dining, easy travel to airports, mountains, and beaches. Close to Columbia & Charleston. We have hosted many business professionals and medical travelers. Ideally located bedroom for perfect sleeping in back of house with blackout shades.
Pet Notes: Pets are welcome.
Pet fees are based on number and breed per pet.
Pets have to be approved in advance of stay.
