Lovely quick break

We have just returned from a lovely stay at this apartment. Situated in a good spot, very close to a beach bar and shop which sells fresh bread and essential items. ( although we hired a car and used the local ALDI and Lidl) Well equipped with a good wi fi connection. The bbq could do with replacing as this was all rusty! It’s a shame the pool area didn’t open until 12 noon as I would have enjoyed a morning swim but we had a lovely walk instead. The communication from the owners was immediate throughout the whole booking and I would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay and see you again.

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda, en la casa está todo muy cuidado. La urbanización de 10. El único pero, no habia mucha información de la zona y etc solo una carpeta en otro idioma y la persona encargada tampoco entiende mucho el idioma para diferentes consultas. Por lo demás todo genial.

Estupendo!!!!

Es la segunda vez que volvemos e igual de bien que la primera vez. Zona muy tranquila, terraza grandísima y piso muy coqueto. Playa cerca y la piscina comunitaria muy cuidada y limpia. Gracias a Benoit y su esposa por el dossier que tienen preparado de información tanto del piso como de los sitios que recomiendan visitar.

Apartamento muy coqueto con terraza impresionante

Precioso el apartamento con una cama de matrimonio con un colchón impresionante!!! Y una gran terraza . Zona tranquila ycerca de la playa. Muy detallista el propietario ya que además de un detalle de bienvenida y gel Hidroalcólico tenía un dossier donde nos indicaba las zonas más importantes para visitar con todo detalle. La piscina comunitaria muy cuidada. Totalmente recomendable.

My overall impression of the property is! Very spacious, clean, comfortable, two-bedroom ground floor apartment to reside in. And a secure internal car parking area, which has a convenient access walk to the apartment.....

Schade, es war nicht perfekt

Einchecken und auschecken perfekt. Bei der Sauberkeit muss ich kleine Abstriche machen, aber man kann ja alles nochmal kurz abspülen, wenn man es nutzen möchte. Es ist viel zuviel Geschirr in den Schränken, wenn man es auf 5 Person abstimmt ( die Wohnung war für 5), ist es einfacher sauber zu halten und hat es bei der abschließenden Kontrolle einfacher, zu erkennen, was der Vormieter nicht gereinigt in den Schrank gestellt hat. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass der Pool nicht genutzt werden konnte. Lediglich die Kinder konnten das Planschbecken nutzen. Die Wohnung hatte ich aber mit Pool beziehungsweise auch wegen des Pools gebucht. Erwartet hätte ich auch zumindest 3 Sonnenliegen und nicht eine Sonnenliege und einen kaputen Campingstuhl. Die Wohnung war nett eingerichtet und die Bette waren sehr bequem. Eigentlich die perfekte Wohnung für ein Elternpaar mit 3 Kindern, die in einem Zimmer schlafen. Wenn aber 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder da sind und man eine Person im Wohnzimmer schlafen lassen möchte, sollte der quietschenden Kühlschrank ausgetauscht werden, da dieser einen geruhsamen Schlaf nicht möglich macht. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn diese Mängel beseitigt werden.

The real Spain

Beautiful grounds - pity about the noise from the maintenance works and the rules and restrictions around the pool which made it less relaxed. Staff on the ground are not as customer focused as the property owner. However, the Balcony is wonderful, the flat is comfortable , the parking space is great and the overall location very convenient for wonderful beaches. The holiday brochure at the property was very useful too - thanks for putting this together. We had a great trip to the Roman baths.

Appartement répondant aux qualites énoncées. Super décoration, terrasse géniale et copropriété parfaitement bien entretenue. Piscine uniquement disponible à partir de juin. Jardin accessible avec transats et parasols. A souligner le région est venteuse. Merci à notre hôte pour son appartement super bien équipé.

Appartement agréable dans résidence avec piscine et proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette résidence située à 300 m d'une grande plage de sable. Plage accessible à pied ou en voiture. Appartement correctement équipé, avec place de parking, situé au rez de chaussée avec belle terrasse où prendre les repas (et barbecue) donnant sur les jardins. Très grande piscine surveillée dans la résidence. Nous recommandons cette location. Propriétaire à l'écoute des locataires. Il a même laissé dans l'appartement un "book" avec les visites intéressantes à proximité. Même si nous avions le Guide du Routard; cela nous a été très utile : je le conseille.

Casa muy cómoda y bien equipada

Buena zona, casa en lugar tranquilo pero cerca de la playa, que no estaba masificada. La casa disponía de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, wifi, y una gran terraza para comer y disfrutar. Además piscina grande y con amplio horario.

très agréable moment à alboran

Nous (2 adultes et 2 enfants) avons vraiment passé un super séjour à cet endroit. Sans aucun doute, nous y retournerons. L endroit est très agréable , calme à quelques pas des plages et de la montagne. L'appartement est bien situé au rez-de-chaussée avec un parking au bout de couloir (très pratique). L endroit est idéal pour les famille, les enfants pouvaient se retrouver à la piscine en toute sécurité (car elle est surveillée). Nous avons vraiment passé de superbes vacances!

Super bon moment à alboran

Nous (2 adultes et 2 enfants) avons vraiment passé un très bon moment à Alboran. Sans aucun doute nous y retournerons : très joli endroit, agréable, sauvage et calme à quelques pas de la mer et de la montagne. L'appartement au rez-de-chaussée est très agréable, pratique et bien équipé. La place de parking à l'ombre au bout du couloir est très pratique car il faisait assez chaud. La piscine surveillée permet aux enfants de s'y retrouver en toute sécurité. Nous y avons passé de très agréables vacances

Excellent séjour dans un appart tout à fait conforme à nos attentes - Appartement très agréable avec une grande terrasse dont nous avons bien profité - Accueil soigné et merci pour le petit présent de bienvenue - internet haut débit important car nous devions nous connecter régulièrement - La mer avec d'immenses plages (qui sont peu fréquentées) sont à 7-8 min de marche - Concierge dispo sur place et propriétaire super sympa et dispo - Le petit guide/conseils du propriétaire sont bien utiles Des vacances au top que je vous recommande!

Perfecta!!

Apartamento nuevo y con todo tipo de detalles para una estancia muy agradable, piscina bastante grande y playa a dos minutos. Un sitio muy tranquilo para pasar unos dias de vacaciones y el casero muy agradable y detallista. En dedinitiva un acierto pasar aqui nuestros dias de vacaciones 😁

Très bons moments! Merci!

Très bon sejour de plus de 2 semaines dans cet appartement. Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 ado. Le complexe est très agréable, calme et très propre. La piscine n'est jamais bondée, on peut y nager réellement. Ambiance très familiale. L' appartement est très fonctionnel avec une terrasse magnifique où c'est un pur plaisir de manger! La mer est à 10mn à pied, ce qui permet d'alterner avec la piscine. Les plages ne sont pas surpeuplées, propres, et l'on y trouve des Chiringuitos très sympas où l'on peut manger ou tout simplement boire un verre. Benoît est un hôte disponible et très sympathique. En cas de problème sur place le concierge, très gentil, est présent. À conseiller sans modération!

belle région

appartement très sympa, bien aménagé, bien situé, silencieux, proche de la plage. propriétaire très gentil, disponible, serviable, qui nous a laissé une liste de villes à visiter, nous qui ne connaissions pas du tout cette région. petit bémol: vent omniprésent, ce qui nous a empêché de profiter de cette belle terrasse et qui a considérablement refroidi la température de la mer, environ 17°C, pour un mois d'août en Andalousie, ce n'était pas génial. venez pour découvrir la région qui est jolie mais non pour y trouver une mer chaude.

I have been managing a athletics team for years. That apartment is a very nice place in a sunny and very pleasant area where we go to revitalize ourself several times a year.
