Water Front on a beautiful protected cove (Brushy Creek. One cove South of Little Tiger creek). 5 min from Public or Mill Creek boat ramps. Perfect for fishermen or a family looking to relax. Sit back and enjoy the sunrise and beautiful view of the water or relax by the fire pit. Brushy Creek is a deep water sheltered cove with great fishing from boat or bank. Kayak, paddle board or ski all day long. Boats can be tied to the dock or bank and left in the water. Parking available for vehicles and trailers. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, boat ramps, golf course and other activities. Kayaks available for rental.

Great location and close to local amenities, stores and restaurants. The view is spectacular and neighborhood is quiet. We spent most our time on the water so this worked out perfect to lay your head down and get some rest. Only negative is no TV in bedroom if you want to nap or rest in there but we were mainly there for the Lake.

Weekend on the lake

Had a great time. House and Location were great. Right on the water as shown in the pics. Brought our own kayaks and launched right in the backyard.

Perfect getaway

The apartment was outstanding. Great views, right on the water, awesome location for kayaking and fishing. Several parks within a few minutes drive for hiking and bird watching. The property owners were very friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Perfect place!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Rayburn. Clean!! Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and a great place to tie your boat up on property when you need a break. Most advertise pull boat up to property and you cannot. Property has a dock!

Great Getaway!

Great location. Quiet spot, very clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Had a lovely time and would recommend to couples. Easy boat trailer parking. Very close to restaurants, public boat launches. Lots of TV channels to choose from, including sports. Has stairs so pack lightly. All the necessaries are there for a lovely time!

Great view in a cozy cove

Rental is a garage “apartment” for the house next door. As the rental living space is all upstairs, it provides great views of the lake. Cozy place for a weekend getaway for the two of us. Very peaceful and quiet with all amenities needed for a nice stay. Close enough to a few restaurants and dollar store for any missed necessities on the packing list. Unit was clean and thoughtfully decorated. Would stay again.

No issues with the booking. The homeowner was MORE than courteous in helping me cancel the booking because we were unable to come up and stay. We will most definitely be calling her again to come and stay! Thank you again!

Great location. Few minor issues.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location is next to the water with a very short walk. Fishing was pretty good but I visited shortly after Hurricane Laura rolled through. Night 1, the stove didn't work (breaker was off). It was eventually fixed but had to make alt dinner plans. Day 2, the power flickered off and on a couple times. The last morning I was there, the power went out completely and the inside temps rose to 80 by 9am. Luckily I was leaving.

Bass fishing

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the entry way. Once you unlock the door and open it the concrete floor had lots of bugs and the walls were very dirty. The stairs to go upstairs was carpet and smelled and extremely dirty. The place was smaller than expected but not a problem since it was just 3 of us. There were ants in one of the drawers and when my mom went to make coffee (which no coffee was provided only the maker) there was mold in the coffee maker. The toilet was dirty and the shower head is very old and needs to be replaced. There was no hair dryer or extra toilet paper. I did send a message to the owner about the toilet paper and hair dryer. They provided 2 rolls of toilet paper and the following day they provided a hair dryer. The listing states there is a hot tub however I could not find it. For the price that I paid for the 3 nights I was expecting the place to be cleaner since I did pay for a cleaning fee. I have never given a bad review before and I stay at a lot of VRBO's but I feel that future renters need to be aware.

home away from home

this is the perfect place to stay. we were able to completely recharge and unplug. i love that my fur baby could be there with us. the fishing was great with dock access. the host were amazing and super friendly. the home had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up. it was all the things, quiet, peaceful just beautiful. we cant wait to go back.

Great week!

We travel to San Rayburn annually in the spring and this year was among our best! Property was clean and as described, easy to find, with clear instructions. Owners were quick and clear in their communications and were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend others to stay here if they get the opportunity! Quiet cove/area, with access to everything you would need for family relaxation and fun.
