This 3/3 is new to the rental market, having always been a family retreat. But extensive remodeling makes this large mobile too fresh and clean inside to keep to ourselves. New flooring, new bathrooms, fresh paint and linens, but the same waterfront location with private dock. House conveniently located near marker 23. Half way between the springs and the Gulf of Mexico. With a fully stocked Kitchen and all the comforts of home, this is where you want to be for scallop season. Washer and Dryer. 1 King. 1 Queen. 2 Twin Beds. 1 Roll Away Twin. Boat Trailer Parking. Private boat dock. Free public ramp 1.5 miles away. House located half way down Crystal River. 4 miles from springs and 4 miles from mouth of Gulf of Mexico. NO PETS!!

River get away

My family and friends had a lovely time visiting Crystal River with this little "fish camp" as our home base. The house was clean and cheerful with plenty of hot water and cooking supplies. The kids had a lot of fun trying to catch blue crabs (unsuccessfully) and fish (successfully) off the dock. The whole group had a ball scallop fishing in the bay and kayaking to the three sisters springs. What a great way to spend the last weekend of the summer!

Comfy & Quiet

Our stay was excellent! Both, scalloping & fishing were great and our 8yr old Grandson caught a shark! The property was stocked very well, very clean, and in a super location. The new dock is very nice and the fish cleaning table was an assett for sure. Thanks for the great communication, Dan! We definitely hope to come back again one day! Sincerely, Darren & Wanda

Great Scalloping HQ

Dans property is amazing! The inside is super nice and has everything you need. The master is huge with a very nice bathroom. Having the dock in the backyard for our boat made the trip way special. Theres nothing like not having to deal with the boat ramp. We would rent this place again.
