Rent recent apartment on the 1st floor of 2 with elevator. Apartment type F3: 60m2 and 19m2 terrace, private parking and secure. Intercom. Exposé east / west. Everything is within walking distance: 400 m from shops and 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the train that can take you to different beaches to the red island. The apartment is also located 10 minutes walk from the citadel.
It is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge, 2 TV, electric shutters, 200L solar balloon.

Einfach perfekt. In der Wohnung gab es alles, was wir brauchten, eine herrliche Lage und erholsame Ruhe. Strand ist keine 10 Minuten entfernt und genauso weit ist es in die Stadt. Bis zum Supermarkt sind es 5 Minuten. Wir haben das Auto wirklich nur noch gebraucht, um die Umgebung von Calvi zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage bei euch!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Calvi

Wir mieteten die Wohnung im Hochsommer 2024. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung war in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Küche war für südeuropäische Verhältnisse und im Vergleich mit den Wohnungen von Freunden (ebenfalls in Calvi) sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren gut. Besonders gefallen haben uns der große Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert und ist im Hochsommer auch notwendig. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, W-Lan etc. haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist in einer Mehrfamilienanlage gelegen, die scheinbar hauptsächlich von Korsen bewohnt wird. Innerhalb der Anlage war es sehr ruhig. Auf der einen Seite sehr angenehm, auf der anderen Seite sind ausgelassenere Abende auf dem Balkon scheinbar nicht üblich. Das hat uns persönlich gefallen, für Urlauber ist dies aber evtl. gut zu wissen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Es ist eigentlich alles Wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar: ein Bäcker, ein großer Supermarkt, der Stadtstrand, die Innenstadt, Restaurants... besser geht es unserer Meinung nach nicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit freundlich und professionell. Es wurde ein zusätzliches Entgelt für Bettwäsche und Handtücher vereinbart, obwohl die Bettwäsche laut Anzeige bereits im Preis enthalten ist. Die Vermieterin bestand auf die Zahlung des zusätzlichen Entgelts. Hier sollte der Anzeigeninhalt korrigiert werden. Ein toller Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung, wir kommen gern wieder!

Allt var underbart

Stor och fin lägenhet som ger allt man behöver för att känna sig hemma. Bra utrustad, lugn och ren område, bra parkeringsplats, trygg, nära till centrum, nära till matbutik, nära till strand. Mycket bra kontakt med Patricia om man behöver hjälp. Vi ska gärna boka igen nästa gång när vi kommer till Calvi.❤️

Appartement très bien situé, très bien équipé, climatisation parfaite. On a profité de la mer et découverte de belles plages avec la micheline. De belles journée en montagne on peut rejoindre facilement le GR 20.
