Très bon accueil de la dame qui s'occupe du chalet. Le chalet est très propre. Pour des personnes qui ne sont pas très mobile ou pour des familles avec des bèbès il n'est pas facile pour monter dans le chalet. Le chalet est idèal pour 4 adultes (2 chambres, 2 salles de bain). La mezzanine est ok pour des enfants.Quelques abats jour sont à renover (risque d'incendie)Pas de linge de nuit, pas de serviettes, le nettoyage (80 ) et l'électricité (34 pour 3 nuits) à payer en supplement!! Tous des supplèments au loyer.

Bonne prestation du bien pour une semaine de vacances en ete. Les equipements du chalet (electromenager) restent basiques et meriteraient d'etre up gradés. Le menage du chalet etait ok sauf la douche. L'acceuil et le départ du chalet se sont bien déroulés avec de bonnes explications.

Schöne Hütte

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende mit Familie in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist ausreichend für 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das einzige, was ich bemängelt habe, die Holztreppe zum 1. Stock ist sehr steil und für ein 2 jähriges Kind gefährlich, die Stufen sind schmal.

Magnifique chalet en bois

Un chalet magnifique et très fonctionnel. Nous y étions a 7 (2 adultes et 5 enfants de 8 a 16 ans). La salle de douche avec WC à l'étage est un vrai plus. Chacun avait son espace pour dormir, avec une literie bien ferme et l'espace commun est très agréable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Seul dommage que l'on doive nous même amener la poubelle de tri au contraire, malgré le prix de ménage obligatoire qui s'ajoute a la location. Mais ça ne retire en rien au charme du chalet. Merci au propriétaire et a ses gérants de location pour la communication très réactive.

schwieriger Start: 2 Tage vor Ankunft stellte die Vermieterin die Kommunikation mit uns ein. Wir haben das Objekt lange gesucht (es gibt mdst. 3 Objekte mit fast identischer Hausnummer (185a /b/ c..) im Abstand von einigen 100 Metern. Dann war niemand anwesend, wir warteten (Ankunftszeit war mitgeteilt usw. usw.) nach mehreren Stunden und vielen Telefonaten von Gästen anderer Nebenhäuser erfuhren wir die Nummer der Schlüsselbox. - Auch die Agentur ließ uns im Stich: teure Auslandsanrufe wurden abgewimmelt - wg. angeblicher technischer Störung (Sprachkontakt war da...) Das Haus liegt oberhalb einer Durchfahrtsstr und es ist besonders an den Wochenenden sehr laut.(< Motorräder z.B.) Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Mülltüten, Spültabs,Geschirrtücher Seife ist selber mitzubringen. Insgesamt war das Haus mäßig sauber: Kühlschrank und Bad / Toiletten top, Betten unhygienisch, Holzbalken z.T. dicke Spinnweben, Gartenmöbel abgewohnt, z.T. defekt (Vorsicht! Holzspreisel!!) die Kommunikation äußerst unbefriedigend!! Schade das noch nicht mal der Versuch einer Entschuldigung unternommen wurde...)-:

Environnement parfait, chalet peu mieux faire

Le chalet en rondin est chaleureux et la vue depuis la salle à manger est magnifique. Le petit village de bresse est super aves artisans et spécialités locales. À proximité de gerardmer et autres villes touristiques. Nous avons découvert 2 restaurants avec une nourriture excellente et très copieuse pour pas cher. Le venezia et la crêperie de la scierie. Maintenant concernant l'hébergement nous étions 4 adultes pendant 7 jours puis 6 adultes. Pour 4 c'est parfait avec les 2 salles de bain ou famille avec 2 enfants. Pour 6 adultes c'est juste. Pas assez de commodités au niveau de la cuisine. Pour la propreté nous avons été déçus car il faut payer 80 euros pour le nettoyage mais nous avons passer l'aspirateur partout en arrivant car toiles d'araignées et poussière. Certes le bois attire la poussière mais quand on paie autant en surplus pour le nettoyage on s'attend à mieux . Maintenant nous avons du payer l'électricité en surplus aussi 20 euros certes pas énorme pour 10 jours mais ça commence à faire ça plus ça. Gros attention pour le frigo , nous avons fissuré le bac à frigo du bas de la porte où l'on pose les bouteilles c'est très fragile. Notre caution s'est vue débitée de 40 euros . Sinon la bresse et ses alentours sont magnifiques nous avons fait énormément d'activités.
