Pick up and take out trash. Trash can is located on out side yard of the driveway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Party or Event are allowed. Guest reservation will be canceled immediately with no refund.
No loud music inside or on patio.

Team Trip

Our team was participating in a competition at the local convention center. Eight adults stayed at the property and it was perfect for our needs. The patio was great given our group dynamics and we could watch the Rangers on the TV!

Port Arthur

The property manager was really great and very responsive. She even had complimentary water and pastries waiting upon our arrival. This is really close to the plants and has plenty of room. Check in and check out was easy. The place was very clean and was appropriately represented in the description.
