The Sorrento Retreat has an open floor plan with tile throughout as well as beautiful plantation shutters. The family room is comfortable and cozy with large windows and french doors with views of the backyard and golf course. The newly remodeled kitchen has an island, stainless steel appliances, a kitchen table that seats 6 and is stocked with everything you need during your stay.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an in-suite bathroom with a double sink and a walk-in closet. There are two other bedrooms with queen beds in each and both have easy access to the adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower. The laundry room has a full-size washer & dryer.

The backyard includes a large patio area, pebble tec pool, built in BBQ & dining area, a covered patio with a remote-controlled sun shade, lounge chairs and views of the golf course.

This exclusive golf course community is the perfect setting for your home away from home. Seville is a great, quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood for your relaxation. The neighborhood has several parks within and lots of pathways for walking, biking and jogging.

Groceries, restaurants & pizza delivery are less than 1/2 mile away. There are tons of golf courses nearby, as well as shopping, dining, museums and attractions.

House includes wireless internet, DIRECTV, blu-ray DVD player and full size washer and dryer.

*PARKING - 2 car garage and parking for 2 vehicles in driveway. No overnight street parking allowed.

Great location in Gilbert, AZ

We really enjoyed this property, so much so that we are renting it again next year. Nice floor plan; well decorated. Convenient to Fry’s grocery, Walgreen drug, and Dollar Tree. Great communication with and responsiveness from owner. The garbage disposal started leaking soon after we arrived and Rick came out immediately to assess it and determine a repair plan. He also let us know when pool cleaning would be done so we wouldn’t be “surprised” by a random person in the backyard. The kitchen could use some additions. We donated potholders since there were none. Also, the mixer beaters were never found, and there are no pie plates or layer cake pans. We celebrated a birthday but couldn’t bake a round birthday cake. Also, could have used some aluminum foil and some sandwich sized baggies.

Excellent golf course property

House is very nice. Interior is very well appointed. Yard and pool are maintained to a very high standard. The hosts are some of the most awesome people we have ever met. We stayed for 6 months. They took care of the very few issues we had immediately. Without question this is a perfect vacation property with the best host. You would not be disappointed.
