ALOHA!
The Condo: This is a one-of-kind 2nd floor, 565 sq.ft. ocean view condo with to-die-for sunsets. Open floor plan with loft. hard wood floors, granite counter tops, 1 queen master bedroom and 1 double bed in loft. In condo washer and dryer. Fully supplied kitchen with all new appliances, high speed internet and cable TV.

The Location: Located a short distance from the parking lot for convenient loading and unloading your groceries and travel items. From the lanai you see a sweeping landscape of palm tree studded lawn, the Pacific shoreline and breathtaking sunsets.

Getting Around: Included in the rate is a 2016 front wheel drive Ford Escape which you pick up at, and returned to, the Molokai airport. Please no off road driving.

Except for your groceries most everything you'll need for a comfortable and relaxing stay is here and waiting for you.

We are accepting reservations for 2026 and beyond.

Another great stay on Molokai! There were pros and cons to this property, but I will say the hosts were responsive and very accommodating! The car was in the shop during our stay, and the hosts provided us with another large car that was perfect for our needs! Pros: close to several beaches, beautiful grounds, AMAZING sunsets, cute decorations and an at-home feel, GREAT shower pressure, ample kitchen supplies, large fridge, great sized patio, perfect loft (but the ceilings are low so put your shorter people up there!), plebty of sitting spaces and storage spots, smart TV, plenty of towels, and pretty much everything you need for swimming or beaching. We spent a lot of time on papohaku beach and also Make (mahkeh) horse 1 and 2 beaches, which were beautiful!Cons: no A/C and our loft guest was missing out on a fan, so it was a little toasty, we slept with the back doors and windows open for air flow, which was fine, but the downstairs neighbors had a party for pretty much the whole weekend, day and night (this has nothing to do with the niceness of the property, but thought it should be noted), so that was a little disappointing for the last few days we were there. Overall, a great property with wonderful, attentive hosts, but not as quiet as we had hoped. Would definitely recommend!

Fun times at Kepuhi Beach

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Everything we needed was there. We loved having the car included with the condo. Monk seals were on their beach every day. Pool area was used a lot. When we come back to Molokai we will stay here again

Great location and quiet island

We enjoyed the quietness of island and loved that we had a car with unit. On the lanai, each evening we watched the sunset while the mornings were relaxing watching whales and drinking coffee. Molokai is not for everyone, but we enjoyed stepping back in time to Old Hawaii.

Cozy with Amazing Views

We had an amazing stay in Molokai! This cozy villa was well stocked. The ocean views were breathtaking and the beach access was in walking distance. Bring your camera because you will need it for the most beautiful sunset pics! The villa also has some great puzzles! Our family enjoyed doing a puzzle out in the balcony. The host was great and answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently! We highly recommend this beautiful villa for anyone coming to visit Molokai!

Place to relax and unwind

In my humble opinion this is the best condo on the property. The property manager is very easy to deal with. Was able to answer all our questions. The condo is located near parking and the BBQ grills. Also not far from the water. The only thing that could have made this trip better is if we could have stayed longer! I loved our stay in this condo. I highly recommend it!

Last year it was loud, but this year much quieter. We didn’t have as many people in the condos close to us. It is a very well maintained condo, we loved having a car available to us. Property managers are wonderful to work with.

Molokai is like being in a dream. If you are looking for a place to stay with no crowds and peaceful solitude, this is the place to be. The communication with the owner/manager was great. The condo itself is beautiful with a great view and extremely well stocked amenities. The pool area has a phenomenal ocean view. What could be better than a rental that had all this AND comes with a car? We were already trying to figure out when to come back before we even left.

My stay exceeded all expectations. The 2nd story unit offered gorgeous views of the well-kept property, swaying palms, sunsets, and oh the tropical Pacific. The condo itself is beautifully appointed and modern. Every convenience included and working properly. I must say, the shower is amazing! The inclusion of a car made everything so easy. Rest & Relax in Paradise

We’ve enjoyed over 40 trips to the Hawaiian Islands over the last 20 years, but this was our first to Molokai. I guarantee it will not be our last! The tranquility of the island was so refreshing…, no fast food drive throughs or traffic lights on the island! There are plenty of sunny, sandy beaches with few people on them; there are amazing hikes and unbelievably gorgeous views! One of my favorite things was watching the ocean and the sunshine break through each mornings and the amazing sunsets in the evenings from our lanai! The property was well maintained and the pool ( a short hike from the condo) overlooking the ocean is breathtaking! Everything you need is cared for in this beautiful property. The use of the car was so welcome…, you will definitely need a car to get around! Thanks so much for the hospitality, we will return!

Great 2nd floor condo (stairs required) with beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets from the lanai where you can eat every meal. The pool is one of the prettiest around. You can walk to a few different beaches that are visited by more monk seals than people, or go to the pool with the perfect palm trees for a sunset shot. This unit was very well equipped, up to date and maintained. The kitchen had everything you would need, high end appliances, good quality knives, plenty of kitchen equipment, some spices, teas, etc. The washer and dryer were handy. Management was responsive and helpful, and the place was spotless with no sign of any pests at any time. The car was so handy. Easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. AC worked fine, and it was in good shape to get you around the island. As the description says, the loft is a loft, not a closed off bedroom, and there are a couple of low beams up there, but there is plenty of room, and the windows and fans made it fine for sleeping at night. There is no AC in any of these condos on this end of the island, but with the windows open, the breeze kept things fine in August. I'd come back to this unit anytime.

Mixed bag

This condo at the west end of Molokai is very comfortable - clean, good beds, updated and decorated nicely, and located in a quiet complex (except for the turkeys that make clacking noises at night). Daytime temps in the 90s and humidity of at least 85% made our stay challenging. With two ceiling fans and one large additional fan, it was quite warm, particularly in the loft. We didn't expect A/C, but a couple more smaller fans would have been helpful. With the apparently unusual hot, humid weather (even the locals were complaining), we were disappointed to have issues with the A/C in the car. It only worked properly for about 15 minutes over our 4-day period, but we forced some cold air out of the system using the defroster. Nice to have wheels, but we didn't use the car as much as planned due to that issue - disappointing. There are also a lot of rules for using the car. The pool is really nice and we had it mostly to ourselves in the afternoon when we just couldn't be in the condo. There's a little store close to the pool where you can buy drinks, snacks, some supplies, and souvenirs, but no coffee shop, snack bar, or cafe for a meal. Finally, be aware of how far you are from restaurants and gas and that posted hours aren't necessarily the actual hours of operation. It's 22 miles back to Kaunakakai, so be sure to plan ahead. Overall, we had a good stay and if you want more seclusion, this is a good spot.

Great stay! The condo was clean, the staff was very responsive, and the oceanfront pool is beautiful. It’s also super convenient to have a small general store a short walk from the pool for basic food and essentials (like Ice Cream). The groundskeepers keep the place very nice and maintained.Just a heads-up for travelers: the unit doesn't have AC (very standard to not have AC on the island), so it can get stuffy midday—definitely make use of the large fans provided.You’ll likely see a few local bugs, which is also normal for a Hawaii remote island, but we didn't have any issues at all with bites. Compared to other local spots with more foliage (we were told by other travelers, that other neighboring condos with more shade trees, less wind, had more bugs), this property felt like a cleaner, more balanced option. You will also notice some abandoned hotel buildings next door, but they had absolutely no impact on our stay - in fact they keep the price of the stay down for us travelers. The added car came in very handy, the AC works fast and runs fine. The management let us extend to a later checkout to work with our flights at no cost - that was very kind of them. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer so schön, dass man sich gar nicht von dort wegbewegen möchte. Loved staying here!

This property was great - right on a great beach for swimming and surfing, fast wifi, laundry, a car (!), and guide book inside. Two bedrooms and 1.5 baths was a perfect size. Kiku is super responsive to calls/messages and very helpful. It is a bit out of town, which we enjoyed because we could stay in the quieter area with an almost private beach, but be sure to grab food at the grocery store and call ahead to see if restaurants are open.

Great unit

Great unit, spacious, light & airy. Nicely furnished and well equipped, including a great kitchen, and with a terrific location. The only change I would suggest is to change the door handle lock, which I had trouble opening right up to the last day, but that was a very , very minor problem. All in all we loved it and definitely plan to come back. Thanks also to Kiku and her assistant for their responsiveness to my questions,etc..

I became a fine art photographer in the 90's and have been enjoying capturing the essence of places and things since then. Where I live I volunteer for social and personal growth organizations as a reminder that life is not just about me.

Why they chose this property

I was first introduced to Molokai in 2010 by a photography workshop. I loved it here! I love the peace and quiet of the west end which is where I've seen some of the most beautiful sunsets in my life.

As I was drawn to Molokai time and again in 2018 I decided I may as well invest in a place to call my 2nd home. Unit 2164 is strategically located on the property so I'm able to look out across the resort to the shoreline. If you choose to stay in this condo you will understand what I mean. I invite you to step into the more traditional and tranquil part of the Hawaiian Islands.
