The kitchen has spacious, well-equipped prep areas, two sinks and an adjoining bar that seats 3. The dining area is open to the kitchen and is perfect for entertaining. Just off the kitchen is a powder room, laundry area with new washer and dryer, and a second outdoor deck. Also on the lower level is the master suite with queen bed and gorgeous master bath with long, two-sink vanity and new tub-shower combo. Up a few stairs from the dining area is the great room with high beamed ceilings, all new carpet throughout, two leather sofas to snuggle in and watch the game on the new 55 wall mounted flat screen TV. A wall of windows make this room light and inviting, and the perfect place to watch the snow fall. There is a another deck off the great room, for shady outdoor enjoyment on a warm day. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and airy high beamed ceilings. There is a second beautifully done guest bath with walk-in shower with pebble flooring.

These cameras in no way infringe upon guests privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
