About this property

Mountain Solar Home, sleeps 8

We have just installed a Hot Tub. The use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Please supervise children.
We have a beautiful grassy green yard with fire pit and waterfall by a spring pond.
We're pet friendly charging 25.00 per night per dog, max 2 - please do not allow your dogs on furniture. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath, sleeps 8, note that 4 of the beds are extra long twins. It features 2 master bedrooms, the upstairs master has a king size bed and two XL twin beds. We have a 75" TV downstairs, 70" TV upstairs, 55" TV in the master bedroom. The home has a wood burning fireplace. Firewood is available in the garage. For your security and ours we have outside security cameras covering the home access/egress points.

Checkout time 11:00am • Remove your sheets and towels, put them in the baskets in the laundry room – start one load of laundry. • Remove all food from the refrigerator. • Load dishwasher and start.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties on the property! 3 cars max in driveway and no parking on the street.

This property is on a beautiful lot in Click Creek Meadows, close to Ponderosa State Park, the scenic byway, and downtown. The golf course is within walking distance.
