About this property

Casa Vista Granby is renovated to cater to large groups with its 11 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, large wrap-around deck with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains! Casa Vista Granby is situated 1 mile to the base of Ski Granby Ranch! Our home features a large open living area upstairs with an open floor plan that shares the kitchen and dining area to accommodate your entire group. We have 2 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor steam room, and plenty of rooms to bring extended family and friends. The kitchen has been updated with plenty of counter space for cooking, and all the tools to satisfy any chef. Outside you will find 2 grills, a gas fire pit for use year-round with a handicap accessible ramp. The 6 lower-level bedrooms have newly installed AC, and heat split units for precise temperatures. The primary heating and hot water are provided by 2 boilers, so you are backed up in case of any issues with a boiler. There are 10 thermostats controlling various bedrooms and living areas to ensure everyone has their perfect temperature. We highly recommend all-wheel drive and snow tires in the winter to ensure easy access in and out of the driveway. We keep tire chains, and a tow strap on-site to help if you arrive without snow tires.

QUIET HOURS STRICTLY ENFORCED 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a truly memorable experience. Upon entering the accommodation, I was immediately captivated by the warm and cozy atmosphere that radiated throughout the entire house. The interior design perfectly complemented the surrounding natural beauty, with rustic wooden furnishings, stone fireplaces, and large windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The room itself was nothing short of perfection. Impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, it offered all the modern amenities one could desire while still maintaining a charming mountain lodge ambiance. Stay was great. The heating was an issue. It was so hot in the house. Couldn’t get the floors to turn down. As well as the second hot tub didn’t work.

Ski Trip to Celebrate 50th

Great Rental, Great location!

This place is sweet; two hot tubs, heated floors, room for the whole family, and with Granby Ranch right there, the property is a perfect family ski getaway, and felt like a home away from home by the time we had to time to leave <3 will definitely return!

Cozy house with a built in maze!

Just kidding but dang this house is big! Plenty of space for our family to spread out and 5 minutes away from granby ranch to take the kiddos skiing! We will definitely be coming back to stay again! Thanks you guys!

Casa Vista Granby is designed for groups wishing to travel together for an affordable price. The owners always strive for customer feedback to make improvements and to offer additional amenities. As you can imagine with any house this size and amenities, things often need maintenance, this is why they have 2 full size refrigerators, a drink fridge, a backup combination boiler, 5 washers and dryers, outdoor security cameras, temperature and water sensors, 2 hot tubs etc. We understand how hard it is to find a house in the area that can accommodate as many as ours at the last minute, so we take every precaution to ensure we have backups of all the essentials on site or nearby to handle any challenges that arise.

This location boasts incredible views and is just minutes to shopping, dining, skiing, hiking, and biking! Steam room, on site laundry, and Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room.
