Warm and completely renovated apartment, you will have quality bedding and recently, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a walk-in shower and large storage space. The residence is quiet and secure.
You can reach on foot or by bike 200 meters to the beach and shops. The Market is open every day during the summer. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.
At 200 meters from the train station (3h30 from Paris Montparnasse and 1 hour from Nantes), the apartment is accessible to all activities need to be carried without (can rent bikes, jet skiing or rent a boat etc. ...). The kids clubs are nearby.

Agréable séjour

Logement est idéalement situé et fonctionnel la communication et l’accueil sont faciles et agréables. La description du logement est à revoir. Le sèche linge est un fait un étendoir à linge, le linge de maison n’est pas fourni comme indiqué, le parking est celui du port en zone bleue. Un point négatif pour la propreté notamment de la salle de bain. Le sol près des toilettes et du lavabo était sale. La douche aurait mérité d’être nettoyée la poussière est collée dans les coins.

Bonsoir Nous prenons note de vos remarques Nous tenons à préciser que nous n avons pas indiqué que l appartement était équipé d un sèche linge mais l annonce indique qu il y a une laverie à 50m dans la rue. Concernant le linge de maison nous avons précisé avant votre arrivée que ce dernier n était plus disponible (en option initialement) Nous avons également précisé dans l annonce que le parking du port est situé à 200m (pour information parking gratuit et uniquement en zone bleue en haute saison), l appartement étant situé proche du coeur de ville. Place de livraison disponible juste en face et places gratuites dans la rue toute l année. Concernant la propreté, nous faisons généralement les remises de clés pas avant 16h et l’avons fait cette fois ci à 12h. Nous prenons note de vos remarques et nous améliorerons pour les prochaines locations .

Appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied. La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile. En période estivale cependant la rue de la gare est un peu bruyante la nuit.

nous avons ma sœur et moi, passez d'agréable vacances au Pouliguen , dans cette appartement très jolie. tout a proximité la gare, commerçant les loisirs. Et un bonne accueil. a refaire...
