Perfect Condo Extra Close to PCMR Ski Resort!
Our Park City condo is located right in the middle of some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the country, as well as snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sleigh riding, walking trails, shopping, relaxing, and so much more. You can’t beat this location: half a mile from Park City Mountain Resort; four miles from Canyons Village; walking distance from a number of restaurants, shops, and stores (not to mention there are bus stops for free transit steps away for more distanced amenities); and across the street from a park that includes a sand volleyball court, ball fields, tennis courts, a playground, and a skate park. You have world-class ski runs at your fingertips—you can’t get better than this!
In warm weather, explore the many hiking and mountain biking trails, play a few holes at the Park City Golf Course, take a ride down the Alpine Slide, or enjoy countless other activities all around you.
After a day on the mountain or in the shops of one of Utah’s classiest towns, you can come “home” to this cozy condo, complete with one bedroom and one bath. It sleeps four comfortably, with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
We pride ourselves in giving you every comfort of home, including Wi-Fi, cable, a smart 4K TV, a Blu-ray player with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and other streaming capabilities, and USB ports for device recharging. Not to be overlooked are the washer and dryer, the full kitchen that includes everything you need to make a family-style meal, and the full bath.
Guests will check themselves in by going straight to the door and entering a code in the smart lock. No need to meet up to exchange keys.
A free parking spot is provided. In the unlikely event that an unauthorized vehicle parks in our parking spot, please inform us, and we will have the vehicle removed. Our condo only has one available parking spot. Guests are responsible for finding a place to park any extra vehicles. There is sometimes street parking available nearby on the side of Shortline Road.
A portable air conditioner and fan are provided for summer months. The portable air conditioner will not cool the entire unit. We recommend using the fan in front of the bedroom window during cool parts of the day.

Why they chose this property
We have always wanted to own a property we could rent out and share with travelers passing through the area. As we began our search, we found a number of rentals we liked but that didn't strike us as "the one." As soon as we began searching in Park City, we fell in love with the scenery, the small-town feel but big-city opportunities, and the undeniable beauty in every direction. We knew we wanted to share that area with others. And when this condo came up on our radar, it was like the whole puzzle came together. We knew we had our spot, and we've never looked back. It's a place where we want others to stay to share this great experience we've come to love so much.
What makes this property unique
Our condo is within walking distance from Park City Mountain Resort. It is also next to free public transportation that will take you to the resort, the main shopping district, historic Main Street, and anywhere else you'd like to go in town. The main shopping district is a short drive from our location, but there are restaurants and shops within walking distance if you don't want to venture far. And the trails and outdoor activities are nearly endless from where our condo sits. It's an ideal location for any Park City visitor.
