Fantastic location with super easy bus access. The condo was spacious and comfortable, and the hot tub was a wonderful perk. Everything made for a relaxing and convenient stay—highly recommend!
We visited Park City with 4 friends total. The place was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The local worked well with the bus transportation and hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes. Would stay here again!
We had a great time at your place. It was as advertised. It was a great location with plenty of space. The hot tub was a plus! Having in-unit washer/dryer was a huge help, and having a garage space was very convenient with all of the snow PC received over our vacation.
Overall experience was great! Easy access to the bus stop. Only things to note were a limited selection of cookware, and there weren't enough towels for everyone to have separate ones for the shower and hot tub.

Thank you for letting us know about towels There is a basket for spa towels on the living room
I will talk to the vleaners
This is our favorite location to stay when visiting Park City. Fantastic neighborhood. This unit is literally steps from the bus stop, a block from the MARC, and if you have a car, it’s about a 5-7 minute drive to the market, restaurants, and PCMR! The neighborhood was very quiet during our stay. We appreciated having a garage and private jacuzzi. Always important to know: The beds are comfortable and bath towels are soft!
While this unit could benefit from some updates, it checks all the boxes for a short-term stay.
Location provides easy options for accessing the mountain. Simple place to stay. Loft bedroom overlooks second bedroom. Primary bedroom is the most private of the three. Garage parking provides spot for gear. Towels, hot tub towels, soap, shampoos all in abundance. Perfect base camp for a three day weekend.
I stayed for a week with my family and we had a very nice time. You can't beat the location! We skied the IKON Mtns so it was easy to drive everywhere. Loved having a garage to park in on the COLD and snowy nights. The condo is updated and clean. The hot tub is fantastic for after skiing, so nice to have it right on the deck. The kitchen is updated, but limited cookware. We will certainly try to rent this unit again.
This condo was amazing. We had 6 people total stay there (4 adults 2 kids). We had plenty of room to move around and we were never cramped. The neighborhood was very nice, my kids had plenty of areas to play in the snow. We had one little issue with the garage door, I contacted John and he has it fixed the next day. The condo is so close to everything including skiing, food, downtown, sledding, tubing, snowmobiling. The furthest we had to drive was to the and from the airport which was about 45 minutes otherwise everything was less then a 15 min drive. I would highly suggest this condo, and we plan on staying here again when we come back.

well located condo
Condo is well equipped, garage is a bonus as is the hot tub. Park city bus stop is easy walk even in ski boots and made getting to hill super easy and avoid parking issues. Condo is not luxurious but is very nice. Only issue was no response from "John" the property manager. I called phone as directed 1 hour prior to arrival. Having no response, I sent a text. I then messaged through app. Never did get a response. Luckily, check in was smooth and we did not have any pressing issues. Nonetheless, I would stay there again.
Checks off all the essentials needed for a group trip!
If going to snowboard/ski at park city, this is a great location that is 5 minutes away with no traffic and 10 min away with a lot of traffic. There is a bus stop near the home, but we did not use.
John was accommodating in allowing us to add one more adult to the booking and allowed us to check in early. Sufficient amount of room for 5 adults and one child age 1.5 y/o. The home is sound proofed well. Did not hear the baby or movement from the second floor and first floor. The description of home is accurate.
We were able to use the garage to park our vehicle which was great.
The kitchen had all the essentials needed to cook which was a huge plus. The hot tub was clean and wonderful after a day of snowboarding.
The only area to improve on was the salting of the side walks; was not done and had to be careful not to slip. Other than that, wonderful stay.

Disappointing
We did not have a good experience at this condo. First, getting check in codes, etc was a hassle. They would not give the door code until one hour before arrival - we were driving 10 plus hours and having to stop at a place where there was service to get the code was ridiculous. The many other places that we have rented on VRBO over the years send the info 1-2 days prior to arrival so one can be prepared. The fuse to the furnace tripped in the middle of the first night, so we woke up at 3:00am to a freezing house at 54 degrees! The washer/dryer stopped working mid cycle. Checked fuse box, but that was ok. They fixed it a day later, but not helpful with a load of wet clothes. There was only a few pieced of paper towel left on roll when we got there, and there was no replacement roll, so we had to go out and buy one. Also, no dish towels in the kitchen so paper towels were needed! The hot tube was green and smelly. No garage door opener for the car, so every time you needed to open the garage door, you had to get out of the car and use the touch pad on the side of the door. Entry way is small and only had a small shoe tray for wet/snowy shoes, so we used one of our towels from the car to protect the floors. We will never stay here again.

First - we had a guest departing on Sunday December 19 and needed to be sure the condo was clean - sanitized - and prepped before we gave out the code. This guest was asking for the code on 12/18, one day prior. I gave her our number to call around 3:00 to check if the condo was ready. She called and coodinated checkin on 12/19 with the property manager.
2nd the dryer was user error. She forgot to push the power button - then the start button. We sent our tech guy over on Monday to check on on it.
Third: Our Hot tub technichian could not make it over Sunday due to a positive covid test- We had to call out another tech on Monday to go service the hot tub, which he did.
The garage is not connected to the condo and does not have a garage door opener. It opens with a key pad and is shared with the condo unit next door.
We will take the suggestion to add another snow shoe tray in the entry - We provide starter suplies of paper goods. The extra paper towels were in the pantry on the top shelf. We were never called about the paper towels or we would have brought more when we came over Monday to check on the dryer.
We were never told about the fuse going out on the furnace - This has never happened before or since.
We are sorry that this guest did not like this condo or the great price. This condo is priced right because it is older but has been updated with a new kitchen and downstairs full bathroom and hot tub.
We book VRBO’s in Park City so we can get to the resorts easily, ski all day, sit in a hot tub afterward, cook a great meal for dinner and enjoy a streamed movie. Here is how this property met our expectations.
1. Check-in by phone was simple. John was very accommodating.
2. The garage was a plus; notably since it snowed most nights during our stay.
3. We found some material shortcomings in the maintenance of the property and the servicing of the hot tub. We called these to the attention of John on our first day. He took care of them in short order.
4. In the many years of booking VRBO’s for ski vacations we have come to expect a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. This property was an uncharacteristic disappointment. We believe we left the kitchen and its accessories much cleaner and more organized then we found them. Particularly, we do not expect to have to empty the dishwasher upon arrival, wipe down various surfaces and kitchen accessories, or clean out the sink drain.
5. This property is equipped with a natural gas fireplace in the 1st floor den and a wood burning fireplace in the 2nd floor bedroom. (Which is odd.) Based on our previous experiences with VRBO’s, we found it strange there were no directions by the property manager as to their preferred method for utilizing these accommodations. Come prepared if you want to utilize these two accommodations. And know how to operate a gas fireplace without digging for the instructions.
Great VR for a family of 4, very comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Kids especially loved the hot tub. Property management team communicated well too. Will look for it again next visit to Park City!
