Studio 4 people - superb view of Mont Blanc
Studio for 4 people in a well-maintained chalet residence with balcony, breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc, long-distance hiking trail, near Sallanches, Megève, St Gervais, Chamonix, Aiguille du Midi, Combloux, Italy.
The apartment consists of:
Living room with TV, 1 sofa / bench (2 people) + sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, cupboard, bay window and a large balcony (a beautiful view of the entire Mont Blanc range).
Equipped kitchen: fridge, induction hob, microwave oven.
Bathroom sink, bath / shower, separate WC.
The studio is located next to the slopes of the Cordon Sallanches ski area (accessible on foot or by free shuttle), on the heights of the charming little village of Cordon, also called "Balcon du Mont-Blanc", calm and attractive.
You will find in the apartment everything you need to start your stay: some provisions in the cupboard (pasta, rice, sauce, canned food, condiments, jam, coffee, sugar ...). Something to prepare a meal if you arrive late or do not want to start your stay with shopping. Also, household products and dishes, toilet paper. To be completed upon departure.
It is also possible to rent extra linens (sheets, tea towels, towels), otherwise, you come with yours. Duvets and pillows are on site.
Rather rented by the week during school holidays. Ask for dates, possibility of weekend or short stay (except high season).
When collecting the keys, a tourist tax will be required: 0 € 75 per adult per night. To be paid by check or cash.
