Five minute walk to downtown Mill Valley, a charming small town with boutiques, restaurants and majestic Old Mill Park. 15 miles north of San Francisco, easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails on Mt Tam. The house is 40 miles to wine country, 10 miles to the Pacific, 5 miles to Muir Woods, and less than a mile to quaint downtown Mill Valley with its restaurants, shopping and coffee.
