Ivy Lane is a place for friends and family to gather and make memories while enjoying the many amenities the area has to offer. Ivy Lane is situated on the Whitefish chain which is part of a 14 chain of lakes in the Brained Lakes area. The Whitefish Chain is known for its boating, water sports, fishing, and it's many scenic views. There are many restaurants as well as nearby golfing, shopping, ATV, snowmobile and bike trails for the year around outdoor enthusiast.
This lake home is new construction in 2018 and is perfectly situated to watch the sunset over Crosslake. It also has a dock for renter use, and a sandy swim-able lake shore for hours of water sports fun during your stay. STR License #123444

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Used Linens and Towels can be placed on laundry room floors. Quilts & Comforters should remain on beds.
Wipe down the grill and leave it clean if used. There is a degreaser spray under kitchen sink if needed, do not use on the grates.
During Summer months please make sure the Lily Pad is by our dock and anchored if leaving in the water. Lawn Chairs should be put back on beach or under the tree.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm-9am daily, no music, and only normal talking voices outside during these hours
Please do not leave any items on the dock overnight and place all water toys in the garage before dusk
All vehicles and trailers must fit on the property driveway, no street parking allowed. The property can accommodate Max of 5 cars and a boat/trailer

My husband and I were married in the Crosslake area over 10 years ago and have fallen in love with the area. Both of us come from large families and enjoy having a place where we can spend quality time with our all our friends and family doing the things we love most.
We own and manage 5 rental properties in the Twin Cities and as well as run a successful Real Estate business. Crosslake is our place to relax and enjoy time together with family and friends. It truly is our home away from home.

Why they chose this property

When we first step foot on Ivy Lane we knew it was a special place. It has a quiet and peaceful ambiance as it's tucked back in the South Bay of Crosslake, which gives you the feel of being on your own personal lake, but yet gives you access to the entire Whitefish Chain of lakes. The lakeshore was a hard sandy bottom making it the perfect swimming beach.

What makes this property unique

The lakeside of the house faces West to get perfect views of the summer sunset off the back patio. Ivy Lane has an accessible entrance and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level. We added a 16' expansive double sliding french door off the back to bring the outdoors in. We also added a screened porch off the back so you can enjoy the outdoors even after sunset without the bugs.
