Beautiful ground floor apartment, overlooking the city and the mountains in a chalet of 4 duplexes, with terrace, south west orientation, extremely quiet, very comfortable, completely new, new bedding.
32m2 living room with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen with microwave and traditional oven, fridge, dishwasher and ceramic hob
Disabled access, two bedrooms, 2 bunk beds in one and the other, a double bed that can be split into 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower and 2 separate toilets.

Stay over New Years Eve

We had a great stay at the apartment. It is nicely situated in the heart of the town, walking distance to the restaurants and bars in the central shopping area. The apartment itself was perfect for a family of 5 and nice and warm with floor heating. Unfortunately there was no snow during our stay in Gerardmer, so we had to travel everyday to La Bresse as this was snow certain.

Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe zur Ortsmitte

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern ist steil und für unseren alten Hund leider zu rutschig. Praktisch ist der Fliesenboden mit Fussbodenheizung. Zufahrt schon etwassteiler und bei viel Schnee und Eis ohne Allrad etwas schwieriger. Skinicht nu

Duplex neuf et bien situé

L'appartement est bien situé et agréable. La propriétaire, que nous avons eue au téléphone, est aimable. Par contre la personne en charge de l'accueil / départ est très désagréable : accueil bâclé en 5 minutes, mais au moment du départ elle a bien pris le temps de tout inspecter et exigé que nous passions de nouveau l'aspirateur devant elle !! ( alors que nous le rendions plus propre que nous l'avions trouvé !).

Très agréable! Bien situé

Beau duplex, spacieux, lumineux, au calme, avec une superbe vue, bien chauffé et avec une place de parking. La station de la Mauselaine est à 5-10 min en voiture, le centre ville à 5 min à pied. La cuisine est petite mais suffisante et bien équipé en électroménager (micro onde combiné four, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire,...). Pour la chambre avec le lit double, il s'agit de 2 petits lits en 90 qui se rapprochent pour faire un grand lit double, prévoyez des draps en conséquence. Il manque un marche-pied pour les petits enfants (accessibilité toilettes, lavabo,... en autonomie), mais c'est un détail. Nous avons passé un super séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Propriétaires très attentionnés et arrangeants, pleins de bons conseils. Je recommande !!

Appartement agréable, cuisine un peu light

Appartement très confortable avec deux toilettes (séparés de la salle de bain). Chauffage au sol très agréable. Au calme, et en plus les voisins sont sympathiques. Le gros bémol pour moi a été le peu d'équipements présents, notamment en cuisine : pas de vrai four et même pas un torchon vaisselle. L'écoulement de la salle de bain ne se faisant pas, nous avons essayer de trouver une ventouse, sans succès. Mais globalement si vous ne comptez pas trop faire à manger pendant votre séjour l'appartement est top est très propre/neuf.

Accueil très agréable Appartement très agréable, belle vue sur montagnes et neuf tout proche du centre ville sans les inconvénients du bruit de la circulation et proche du lac de gerardmer â pieds ou de longemer en voiture
