Awesome hosts!

Gayle was very welcoming and had everything we needed for the perfect stay! Very personable and kind hosts. My boyfriend and I loved hanging by their fire pit or the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Their dogs were also adorable and very well mannered! Highly recommend!

Welcoming and Genuine

Both Gayle and Ray were tremendously nice, I arrived to their lovely home after 3am due to a flight delay, and Gayle made the check-in process stress free. Upon arrival, my room was heated nicely, and extra blankets were also placed on my bed when I expressed that I run cold. When I finally met Gayle and Ray, they were extremely nice and I felt like family, and not a stranger. I was always asked how I was doing and if I needed anything, they engaged in light conversation with me, and we talked about whatever came to mind (because I wanted conversation) 😌…. Even still, I felt total freedom in their home to stay in my room for hours, or watch movies for hours in the living room unbothered. All that to say, I felt completely comfortable in everything that I did while staying in their wonderful home. This is definitely a place, and a people to revisit!!

So cute and quiet!

The home was located on a beautiful, quiet street with a nice front porch to sit on. Home was very clean and well labeled with room keys and fridge space. It was great to have some coffee and breakfast available. Felt like I was staying with a family member or close friend. Thank you!

Nice and Friendly

The host, Gayle and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The house we were in was very nice. A few of the surrounding houses were ok. I also think it was a indicator of Colorado Springs. It was a rustic southwest look. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Beautiful location, Exceptional hosts.

My wife and I spent a week at Gayle and Ray's home. This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. What a wonderful experience! Gayle and Ray could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and generous. We loved our accommodations. There were so many nice homey touches that it truly did feel like home away from home. It was so amazing to sit on the balcony drinking a cup of coffee and watching the deer! Even though we spent a week in Colorado we were not able to see all of the sites that we had planned. When we go back to Colorado we will definitely contact Gayle and Ray to stay at their place again. It was such a lovely vacation. Thanks Gayle and Ray! Please tell Seymour (their fantastic dog) we said hi and give him a pat on the head from us!!!

Gayle and her husband are the most kindest people, open minded, friendly and a joy to be around. There dog was so sweet. If I ever felt at home in a stranger's house This was surely it. Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Gayle and Ray's. Beautiful home and generous hosts had items stocked in the fridge and kitchen for our use. Very tidy and warm atmosphere. I'd highly recommend staying here. We had the pleasure of meeting their other guests as well.

Pretty and comfy stay

Gayle greeted my husband and I right away and was very kind and accommodating needs we might have. The room we stayed in was a very comfortable, tidy and relaxing place to retreat to after a long, rainy drive. I would certainly recommend this place!

Cozy and thoughtful

My wife and I stayed with Gayle and Ray and were instantly welcomed upon arriving at their property. The house is small and tucked up onto the side of the mountain side, where multiple times a day multiple times a day you are greeted by small families of deer. Gayle has everything prepared from the room to the bathroom to the kitchen area, and even takes time to ensure that you have information on the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay there again. If you're looking for a great location that is about an hour from anything you want to do this is the place. Woodland Park is the perfect size with restaurants and a Walmart for quick shopping. Also, try the Hungry Bear for breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Thank you again Gayle!

Wisconsin to Colorado
