Beautifully decorated and sparkling condo in southwest Edmonton

Welcome to my beautiful & sparkling clean condo! 1 bdrm, 1 full bath, 2nd floor condo with a spacious, covered, and romantic balcony with a gas BBQ overlooking a green space. The condo boasts an open concept floor plan, an eating bar, antique dining room table, TVs in the living room and bedroom, neutral tone colors, stainless steel appliances, in suite laundry, large master bedroom with closet, portable air conditioner, and fan, and secure underground parking.

The condo is beautifully decorated, peaceful, and extremely comfortable. There are battery candles throughout to provide you with a lovely ambiance at night. As well, the balcony has mini solar fairy lights on the railing as well as a candle lantern on the side table, and a soft rug for beneath your feet. It's the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after dinner or a long day visiting or sight seeing in the city.

The condo is sometimes decorated for Christmas. This entirely depends on my bookings though.

Great 1 bedroom condo!

The property was very clean and had all the items needed to have a stress free stay. Location ideal, conveniently close to grocery store, coffee shop, and the best sushi! Easy access to hwy 2.

Sheri was wonderful to communicate with! The apartment was sparkly clean and well appointed. The bedding and mattress perfect! Hope we can stay there on our next visit to Edmonton. Perfect!

Beautiful Property

I really enjoyed my stay. It was accurate to photos, beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Great location. Very thorough check in details which made the check in process very easy. If you have a large automobile, the parking spot may be a challenge but I was able to park my Honda Pilot. Would definitely recommend this property.

The condo was very nice. Dark furniture. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have an air conditioning unit in the bedroom and a fan above the bed. Nice to have two televisions, however there was NO Netflix or U Tube so regular T.V. is all you get. Many nights there sounded like a dog in the unit above, otherwise was tolerable for noise. Walking distance to various fast food places and Tim Hortons. The condo was clean and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Bring your own pods, shampoo and conditioner and paper towels as "these are not supplied for longer stays". I had an issue with the main T.V. at first, but the owner was helpful in resolving the problem. I would stay there again. Thank you very much.

Great stay

I had a great stay in this condo. I stayed here for two weeks when I first moved to Edmonton. It was clean and quiet! The location was great for several reasons: it’s quiet and residential, it’s close to several grocery stores and restaurants, and the property is connected to walking paths which were perfect for walks/runs. Sheri was helpful throughout my stay and was very responsive. She was even able to help me find a storage locker for my things during my stay. The condo’s fully equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals and there is even a BBQ on the balcony, which was an added bonus. The in-suite laundry is great as well. All in all, I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in southern Edmonton!

Awesome Stay!

Spent 2 weeks at this CLEAN, comfortable and had EVERYTHING you would need. The owner was easy to get a hold of and this condo was located in a GREAT NEIBOURHOOD where you could walk to all your shopping needs!
