Wonderful location

Very nice condo. Love having the pool 6 feet from sliding glass doors. Our second visit.

Nice Reasonable priced condo, location just ok

Condo itself was good, central location if you are driving around. Older building, needs some updating. Had just a few minor issues with washer and toilet however management were quick to respond and fix right away. Drive to and from condo itself was not my favorite. Roads were narrow with people, motorbikes and roaming dogs. Just have to drive careful thats all especially at night. Need to supply beach chairs or something. Had to buy chairs and leave there. Pool was ok it was small, spent time at beach instead. hot tub was useless, it was cold but it was nice and hot out so probably would have not used it anyways. Neighbors or guests upstairs were loud with walking back and forth however overall we enjoyed our stay at condo.

Rocky start but ended better

We were initially given the incorrect unit information so when we first arrived, we were told we were staying in Cove 1. We do not know where the misinformation came from. We stepped into a unit with no electricity or wifi, it was very dirty, and had several kitchen amenities and other items missing. With no internet, we had to incur roaming charges to make phone calls to call Vacasa to figure out what happened. They reported they would contact the property owner and call us later. Half an hour to an hour passed with no word from anyone so we ended up walking around the complex and ran into a resident who let us use his internet. Then we were able to contact the owner and discovered we were given check in information for the wrong unit. The unit we were actually in was clean, had electricity, had wifi and was much better. It still did nit have everything listed in the guest book (various kitchen items) but it had the important things. Another observation worth mentioning is the unit smelled like weed when we entered. We also noticed in other units that vacasa employees seemed to be staying in the then while getting them ready. We also were disappointed the club (large pool, gym etc) were so far away.

Great condo

We stayed at cove 11 for7 day and really enjoyed ourselves. Great location, walking distance to the beach and a fabulous restaurant called Father Rosters.The beach club is a great place to relax by the pool, would definitely love to come back. Richard Engel Canada

Nice Condo in Ocatal

Very well maintained. Had a hard time finding it first time do to the lack of addresses. A point by point driving instructions from the airport would be helpful here. Unit had only frying pan and casserole dishes. No saucepans and manager never responded concerning this. Other than this the stay was wonderful and the beach is a few minutes walk. Father Rooster restaurant’s ceviche is excellent!

Peacefull romantic stay

Everything was nice and I will recomended and return .... only 3 recomendations: 1- Update welcome hand book prints 2- Upgrade to 2 TVs with fully apps, wifi and blue tooth capabels 3- Improve pest control .... did not like the 3 inches scorpion by the bed and the 2 inch roach in the bathroom .... It is promoted as an expensive exclusive place with none custome fees in addition to rate price .... therefore I expecte and demande more than average ....
