Surfside Shores Unit 2406 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom direct gulf-front condo with two large private balconies. Perfect for large families or two smaller families. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, flat screen TV, and ocean views. The condo amenities are great. 2 ocean front pools for adults, 2 kiddie pools, a barbecue area, and a pristine beach that is never too crowded. You can be down the elevator and have your toes in the water in under a minute.

This complex has 400' of beachfront with less than 100 units in the complex total. What does this mean? You will always have plenty of space to sprawl out on the beach and never feel like others are on top of you. Furthermore, the two large pools and two kiddie pools seldom get crowded and are perfect for families with little children.

This unit just underwent a renovation including adding large flat screen TVs in every room, new living room furniture, new loungers on the balcony, larger kitchen table, and updated décor.

The master suite offers a King bed and private bathroom, flat screen TV, and access to the ocean front balcony.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom, flat screen TV and access to a separate, lagoon facing balcony.

The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom.

Living room has convertible couch allowing this unit to sleep 8 comfortably with plenty of privacy for all guests.

This condo is on the 4th floor giving amazing panoramic views of the ocean, but easy access from both elevators and stairs. There is a security guard at the front gate ensuring guests are not bothered.

Parking Passes are purchased from the security guard at the front for $32. This will last the length of your stay. (not a daily charge)

We had a great time at this condo. Clean and just as listed. Awesome location being right on the beach and the views are amazing! Getting to see the dolphins was a highlight of our mornings. Brought up a couple minimal things with owner that were addressed quickly. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for some time away!

Very nice oceanfront property

We loved the views from the balcony and the convenience of the beach access. We had a great time. The only thing that I might count against it was that the AC unit had trouble keeping up with the heat. Other than that, it was good.

Great place to stay for the price and the location and proximity to everything. Our family came down for the State Championships for Track and Field. It was a short drive to the sportsplex and numerous activities and restaurants. Would stay again.

Everything here is perfect. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was nice. The washer/dryer was very convenient! The sunrise is absolutely gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee watching it rise is heaven. Very short walk and you are on the beach! All communication with the host is quick and responsive. I definitely recommend staying here!

Gulf Shores

The property is exactly as decribed. The location is great and easy to get to. Plenty of carts for loading and unloading. We had a 2 day stay. The beach is fast and easy to get to. Great view of the ocean and beach from the balcony, there is one balcony with 2 doors. The unit could use a better cleaning crew for the floors. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. We would book here again.

Cute little condo, perfect location!

Very cute space right on the beach! Our family of 6 fit perfectly in the space and slept well on the comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware including measuring cups, electric can opener, blender and coffee maker. While the condo itself is in an older building and needed a little normal TLC/maintenance, it was a very nice space. It’s literally a 2 minute walk downstairs to the beach which really is not crowded at all in front of the condo. There were even some beach supplies/toys within the condo. Within a few miles is everything you could ever want to do or eat. The owners were very nice, easy to work with and responded quickly. We had no issues during our stay and it was a pleasant experience. You’ll need beach towels and extra essentials like toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry pods, spices, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. There are a few essentials to get you started but won’t last all week. There are several grocery stores very close by making things quite easy and convenient. My favorite place other than the beach was the main balcony! It is pretty big and has updated furniture. It’s a very comfortable space with a breathtaking view! Thank you to Sara and Jared for sharing your space with us! Looking forward to our next beach adventure!

Friends Getaway

First time in Gulf Shores. We are low key people and found a diamond in the rough. Nice, quiet, and had a beautiful ocean view. Could not be happier with the location and our hosts were very awesome and respondent. Would be happy to return!!

Why they chose this property

It checked every box for us when we bought it! For starters, its beachy and fun, but very comfortable. Each guest has their own private bathroom and a bit of privacy. The balcony is huge and offers panoramic views of the ocean. It's high enough to get a great view but not so high that its scary with kids (4th floor).

The complex is perfect for families and small children. It is very easy to get around and sits right on the water! The beach is never crowded and the pools are always comfortable for kids, even in the winter.

I think families will really appreciate the gulf shores atmosphere.
