Nothing beats the views from this adorable 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking Perdido Key's Beautiful Ole River. Enjoy watching the dolphins and watercrafts from you balcony while having your morning coffee or mimosa! The sunsets are breathtaking... In this condo, the living room was just updated with comfy new furniture, including a sleeper sofa! The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out trundle, making this unit the perfect getaway for making great memories with family and friends. Just a quick 3 minute walk and you are sinking your toes into the famous sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy all the amenities of SeaSpray, including 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, a well equipped fitness center that faces the beach, a BBQ area for grilling, and newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts.
