If you prefer to be outside of the hustle and bustle but still close to everything you need, this is your ideal home. It features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, mountain views from almost every room, a two-car garage (small to medium cars only), a nice deck with a fire-pit and small grill, some gym equipment and is fully furnished. The cozy living room includes a gas fireplace and large smart T.V. for streaming your favorite shows or watching a movie and includes HD cable service to catch the news or your favorite prime time shows. You can get to the grocery store and Starbucks within a mile and a large shopping center within 4 miles including several restaurants, SuperTarget, Macy's, and many other casual shopping stores, and a movie theater! What else do you need? And, of course, you're not far from the mountains if you want to enjoy a mountain adventure or downtown Denver if you're looking for a night on the town.

Comfortable home away from home

We lived here for 2 months while undergoing medical treatment in Fenced that couldn't be done in our home state. This property was exactly as is listed. CLEAN, homey, comfortable and with all the little extras of home that made our stay more than we ever expected. The green spaces and walking trails in the neighborhood were incredible and we utilized them daily. The proximity of the property to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, e.t.c was extremely convenient. Thanks Jenny for a seamless check in and extra help on the check out process. You were appreciated! We plan on staying here in the future. Thanks for a comfortable, safe and clean 2 month stay in Colorado!

Beautiful new townhouse!

We could not have been happier with this condo! We stayed over a month and loved every minute of it. The house is sparkling clean, and brand new! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There is a great office space on the main floor for work. The master bedroom is perfect! Large closet, new king bed, great shower! Jenny could not have been more helpful. She attended to every small detail to make sure our stay was comfortable amid this pandemic. Thank you Jenny! We will be back!!
