Ideal loft for a couple (or couple with two children) In lush greenery, in the outbuilding of a beautiful Norman property, atypical charming accommodation (50 m2) overlooking private garden with independent entrance located 200m from shops in the center from the village and 500m from Yport beach.

This atypical loft offers a large 50m2 space organized with a parents' bedroom (1 double bed) and an alcove with two single beds (2 single beds). The configuration is ideal for a single couple or a couple with two children. A kitchen area, a lounge area, a separate shower room with wc. Wi Fi available, You can enjoy the private garden. 5 mins walk from the village and the beach.

Yport is accessible by car via the A13 (200km from Paris) and also by train to Fécamp (Paris-Le Havre line from Saint-Lazare station) then by bus. Fécamp is 7km away.

Very nice and cozy lot

The loft is located on walking distance from the sea. It is a cozy accomodation, part of a larger property with a nice well-maintained garden. Vivianne is a very pleasant and helpful host.

Very friendly, caring hostess. A cozy cottage in terms of decor and appearance but with plenty of room for the family. Fully equipped and toys were put down for the children. Lots of privacy and in a lovely quiet spot on the outskirts of Yport. To our idea a shorter distance to the beach than the ad describes. top stay, thanks!

Très beau séjour, de l'accueil jusqu'au départ. Logement atypique (il vaut mieux ne pas être trop grand!!) très bien équipé, idéalement placé à l'entrée de l'agglomération et à proximité du bord de mer. Nous avons passés 5 jours très agréables. Viviane est une très bonne conseillère et s'enquiert régulièrement de la façon dont se passe le séjour.

Logement sympathique dans l’ensemble

Communication un peu compliquée au départ (aucune réponse à mes appels/ messages au moment de l’arrivée) mais accueil sympathique une fois sur place. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, nous nous en sommes aperçus le lendemain donc nous avons dû jeter tous nos produits frais. La propriétaire n’a pas compris que nous jetions des yaourts etc laissés plus de 24h à température ambiante sachant que c’était pour ma fille de 3 ans… A part cette remarque que j’ai trouvé franchement inadaptée, et la literie, le séjour s’est bien passé. Le lendemain c’est mon mari qui a sorti et fait la manutention pour rentrer le nouveau frigo (un autre vieux frigo qu’ils avaient sous la main) avec un voisin. Attention, cela est bien noté sur l’annonce mais il n’y a aucune porte côté literies. Juste un rideau (ce qui ne permet pas de laisser la lumière allumée dans la pièce principale quand les enfants sont couchés. Mais cela n’est pas gênant si c’est juste pour un couple. Mon fils de 5 ans a adoré le grand espace qu’il a eu pour jouer et le jardin est très sympa.

Gite atypique dans le très beau village d'Yport

Excellent WE à Yport, gîte très bien placé cocooning attenant à une magnifique villa familiale (où vous ne manquerez de rien). Bel accueil de Viviane très arrangeante.. Situé entre Fécamp et Etretat, très belles randonnées à faire. Un conseil allez en bus à Étretat pour retour à pied en passant par la valleuse de Vaucottes, lieu d'exception avec ses belles villas. Le soir admirer le superbe coucher de soleil depuis la jetée d'Yport.

Landleben pur

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, sehr ruhige Lage. Die Einrichtung ist eine gelungene Mischung aus antiken und neuen Möbeln mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Kochutensilien und Geräten. Die Gastgeberin ist nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hält Haus und Hof top in Ordnung.

Un voyage dans le temps

Une petite maison pleine de charme dans laquelle on se sent tout de suite bien, il ne manque rien d’essentiel, il y a ce qu’il faut pour passer de merveilleuses vacances de déconnexion. L’endroit est très beau, les falaises, la forêt sont à proximité. Viviane est une hôte chaleureuse, pleine de bons conseils & attentionnée. Un grand merci à elle pour cette semaine qui m’a fait un bien fou.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer schnuckligen Ferienwohnung .

Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Besitzerin war höflich und nett . Auch die Umgebung war super schön und die Unterkunft war super schnuckelig. Mit vier Freunden wurde es jedoch sehr kuschelig .

Très agréable, décoré avec goût et très bien situé. Attention si vous êtes très grand.e : pas mal de poutres pour se cogner la tête mais ça donne un charme fou à ce cocon cosy.

logement bien situé

le logement est bien situé : plein centre de Yport et de ses commodités. Le logement est propre est très bien équipé. Le plus: grand jardin et terrasse indépendante. Propriétaire disponible. Seuls bémols : - la hauteur sous plafond (assez bas) et donc peu pratique quand on est grand ! - la literie. Je recommande pour ceux qui souhaite visiter les environs.
