For a family or a group of less than 6 people to consult us.
Located in the wildest area of ​​the island, no neighbor no vis-à-vis, no noise other than the waves of the Atlantic. Beautiful sunrises on Marie-Galante. 180 degree view on the beaches of Grand Anse and Anse Rodrigue.

Un belvédère au-dessus de l’océan

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette magnifique maison décorée par les œuvres originales de son propriétaire. L’accueil était on ne peut plus chaleureux et personnalisé. Nous nous sommes sentis presque « invités ». La situation de la maison est merveilleuse : elle domine toute la côte sauvage de l’île. Son équipement et sa surface sont à mon avis uniques sur l’île. Une escale magique où nous espérons revenir.

Magnifique villa

Très belle et grande villa, avec une décoration que nous avons trouvé superbe. La piscine et son grand couloir de nage est parfaite. La maison est sur la cote au vent donc très aérée. La vue sur la mer sans vis à vis est superbe, même si en ce moment les sargasses envahissent la plage au pied de la villa. Seul petit point négatif : on circule aux Saintes essentiellement en scooter et l'accès en haut d'une cote plutôt raide, nécessite quelque talent style "Paris-Dakar"...

Merci Patrick pour ce commentaire et votre confiance. Les sargasses semblent heureusement en voie de régression et la plage de l'anse Rodrigue juste à côté de la villa en est exempte. L'accès à la villa est en effet bien raide et le bas de la route n'est pas goudronné mais les choses s'améliorent car une fuite d'eau creusait ce chemin et la fuite vient d'être enfin réparée !

La Villa Grand Anse, Terre de Haut, les Saintes, voici un endroit ou l'on se sent bien ! Un havre de paix à l'écart du village, avec d’un coté vue sur la plage de Grande Anse, une grande et belle plage de sable doré et de l’autre un paysage rocailleux magnifique. La Maison est belle, vaste, très bien arrangée, très agréable. On peut profiter à tout moment d'un plongeon dans la belle longue piscine ou prendre un verre sur les nombreuses terrasses. Située sur la côte Est, la villa est exposée aux alizés, on profite donc de la douceur appréciable de l’océan Atlantique. Très bon séjour février 2017

Idéal

Je connaissais déjà Les Saintes, pour y avoir séjourné à quelques reprises ; j'aime y retourner pour le foisonnement d'activités possible, sur un espace réduit, donc avec un minimum de déplacements... La découverte de Villa Praia a été une révélation ! C'est pour moi le logement idéal pour profiter au maximum des possibilités de Terre de Haut. Espace, confort, raffinement, tout y est. Et ce qui est exceptionnel, c'est l'emplacement : la villa est construite au sommet d'une colline, face à la formidable plage de Grande Anse, en un lieu resté sauvage, à l'abri de l'agitation du bourg. A Villa Praia, j'ai bénéficié d'un hébergement haut de gamme, loin de la foule, et pourtant à quelques minutes à vélo (quelques dizaines à pied), de tout ce qui fait l'attrait de l'île : plages, randonnées, plongée, restaurants typiques, sites pittoresques et rendez-vous festifs... J'y ai reçu aussi, et ce n'est pas négligeable, les conseils avisés des propriétaires, fins connaisseurs des beautés du lieu, toujours disponibles pour partager. Si Terre de Haut est mon terrain d'aventures favori, j'ai trouvé en Villa Praia le lieu parfait où me poser, entre luxe et sérénité.

entre atlantique et mer des Caraibes

un séjour confortable et original, un coin calme et préserve sur cette belle île des Sainte, certes assez touristique, une superbe vue, un emplacement un peu à l'écart du va et vient des visiteurs de l'île, donc adapté sur ceux qui veulent les Caraibes mais peinards...

Séjour inoubliable !

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cette magnifique villa très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, à la fois calme et proche du village. La vue est impressionnante, Marie Galante, la Dominique, ... A peine arrivés nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Et nous sommes tombés amoureux de la plage de l'anse Rodrigue qui est à 5 minutes de marche. Un grand merci à nos hôtes Cathy & Pierre.
