Très bon séjour dans cette maison de Luzillat, perchée en haut d’une butte qui donne sur toute la plaine. Calme garanti. Idéal pour des balades en pleine nature, au milieu des champs.Excellente communication avec le propriétaire et merci à Sophie pour son accueil et son attention.

Séjour Auvergne

Superbe location, très agréable. Tout le confort est au rendez-vous pour se sentir au mieux. La vue sur la plaine depuis la terrasse est tout simplement magnifique . Le calme est également au rendez-vous. Bref tout est parfait . Je recommande vivement cette location pour qui souhaite découvrir l’Auvergne dans le plus grand des confort. Encore merci pour cette agréable découverte.

Grande maison très bien équipée

Sûrement la meilleure location (depuis une dizaine d’année) dans laquelle nous avons séjourné ! Grande maison mais dans laquelle on prend néanmoins très vite ses repères. Très bien équipée, chaque pièce est vaste, le jardin (plutôt le terrain) est aussi immense et il est possible d’y garer sa voiture pour décharger. Garage dans sous sol disponible mais le plus de cette maison est sa terrasse et sa vue à couper le souffle ! Unique…

Rustige woning met landelijk karakter

In zijn totaliteit echt een positieve indruk en tevreden over de mooie omgeving . Vriendelijke eigenaar en goede ontvangst en afsluiting van het verblijf. Een landelijke wat gedateerde woning en accommodatie , maar de vermelde uitrusting is aanwezig. Minpunt zijn de te kleine bedden (allemaal ; (160x190 = grootste bed)) en de badkamer heeft geen douche maar een doucheslang ( waar wij niet onder kunnen).

Dit is een Huis, niet te verwarren met een huisje.

Alles prima en een geweldig uitzicht. Een opmerking, bij de huur zijn niet inbegrepen: handdoeken, theedoeken, dekbedovertrekken en lakens. Dat laatste konden we ter plekke bij huren, de rest hadden wij toevallig bij ons. Het is wellicht beter dat bij het aanbod op de site duidelijk te vermelden. Veder alleen positieve berichten van onze kant ! En een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst.

Cadre exceptionnel, logement à rénover sans perdre charme du bois.

Gîte calme et avec balcon donnant sur une superbe vue. BBQ à disposition et une flambee dans la cheminée est très agréable. Le gîte mériterait un peu de rénovation, peinture et papier peint.Par contre la literie serait à changer .Une chambre avec un lit en 120 avec cadre bois, trop petit pour 2 personnes et une chambre en mezzaline. A préciser que par mauvais temps, la descente au garage est dangereuse pour les motards car glissante..

La maison de la butte feodale

Maison super bien situé, accueille très sympathique vue magnifique. Documentation fournie pour visites, rando,velo etc......mis a disposition par le propriétaire impeccable.. .très belle région n hesiter pas à venir découvrir les volcans d Auvergne.
