This air conditioned studio apartment is above a detached garage located just behind waterfront property in the Sunland Estates vacation community. It has two queen beds and a full size kitchen and bathroom. It has water views, a private deck with a bbq, although there isn't any yard, there is direct beach access to the coveted cove at Sunland. The private community also has a private pool, tennis courts and large private park and playground.

Great stay

Had a very enjoyable stay while attending a festival at the Gorge. Can’t beat the proximity to the venue for the value. Cute little neighborhood right on the water.

Sunland is a hidden gem!

My daughter and I stayed at unit for the weekend Dead & Company concert at the gorge. Fantastic location on the river, clean and well stocked. Shannon was always available and communicated well with any needs. We arranged a shuttle for transportation to the gorge, which was convenient. The only drawback was the small grocery store didn't have much, so be sure to bring what you need food and drink wise.

Lovely home, location and home owners

Through out our stay, the home owners were the sweetest people we could have asked for. They were in constant communication with us, suggested activities in the area, told us the best places to get groceries and even checked on us when our event had a crisis (Beyond Wonderland). If we ever decide to come back to the gorge, this will definitely be the first place we look at to rent. 5 stars isn’t enough for how great our stay was.

So close to The Gorge! A MUST book for concerts!

This apartment has the absolute best location right on the river/lake and literally a few minutes drive from The Gorge Amphitheater! The apartment was clean and Shannon was super helpful before the trip and during. Highly recommend and will certainly visit again!
