“Snow Flower by the Gondola Condos” studio - the best location in Steamboat!!! Steps to the gondola and ski slopes -watch the gondola from the balcony! Walk to ski, Steamboat/Gondola Square, bars, restaurants, ski school and kids vacation center. No car needed. Relax in the heated pool and extra-large hot tub or sit on the deck and enjoy the sunset. Gas fireplace in condo and outdoor fireplace and fire pit by the pool. All the best of Steamboat just outside your door! Ski rental discounts! Family owned/managed!

Located in “Snow Flower by the Gondola Condos”, next to Steamboat/Gondola Square and the slopes. Perfect for 2 Adults and even a child or two. Not suitable for 4 adults.

Just across the street from restaurants, bars and a gourmet market.

Cozy studio with Queen Murphy Bed (brand new foam mattress) and New Queen sleeper sofa. Both beds hide away when not in use making the almost 500 sqft studio seem twice the size. Close the blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep.

Heated pool and extra-large hot tub, free parking in parking garage and 24-hour building entry. Use luggage carts and elevator from parking garage for easy transport of luggage, groceries, etc.

Fully functional modern kitchen in wood and stainless steel; dishwasher, range, oven, microwave and full-size refrigerator.

We love staying here and we know you will too!

*Please note, no A/C. Steamboat is a high alpine environment and most condo buildings do not have air conditioning. Occasionally in the height of Summer it can get warm during the day. Generally it will cool at night with the provided fans and mountain breeze. **Professionally cleaned according to CDC disinfection protocol.

Perfect Place!

As all the other reviews state, this place was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. Only a couple minute walk to the village and gondola and no need to take the car anywhere. This please had everything we were looking for and will plan to stay here again in the future.

Cozy Setup for Weekend Skiing

The property is all about location, from gondola, to restaurants, to the bus depot. It’s small and cozy but for two it’s perfect. Brenda was very communicative and friendly to make sure we had all of the data we needed for a great stay. All the amenities you would need (including board games for those nights in!)… great stay.

Very close to the Gondola

Close to the Gondola, across a nice breakfast place. Nice condo. The matress and pillows could use an upgrade (otherwise I would have given a 5 stars).

It was a pleasure to host you, Federico! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Mattresses are such a personal preference… most people love the mattress and we receive rave reviews from guests about how comfortable the bed is on other hosting platforms. We also keep a variety of pillows (some softer, some firmer) to accommodate different preferences. I suspect swapping pillows would have done the trick and I sure wish I knew you weren’t enjoying the pillows so I could have suggested a swap! The pillows are new and even have a special protector as part of our COVID safety protocols. Thank you once again for staying with us!

Nice location

The location was nice as it was a short walk to the gondola. The host is super responsive and even allowed an early check in which was appreciated. However, the bathroom is really outdated with dirty old tile and a really bad caulk job. The rest of the unit was clean but the bathroom left a bad impression for the price we paid. Hopefully the owner will update the bathroom for future guests.

Spring Break at Steamboat

The property was exactly as described. For the two of us it was a great choice. The selling point of course is the location, just a few minutes walk up to gondola square and both gondolas. This made it very convenient not only to ski but to walk up to eat, see the concert or just hang out for a while without having to commute. I found the Murphy bed comfortable once i moved the foam topper over to the sofa bed which in turn made that more comfortable. We had a car so we could easily get into town in the evenings but the bus stop is right there so it would be a simple matter to be carless. We kept both beds in place since it was just the two of us and that was not an issue. If you were planning on proper cooking you'd probably want to store the murphy bed as it would be close to the stove. The pool / hot tub and outdoor fire pit is quite nice. You can see the top of the ski area from one end of the hot tub which is wonderful. I enjoyed sitting in the chair drinking coffee just looking out the window at the gondola and ski area. Brenda was very responsive and helpful. Made for a really enjoyable stay.

Wow! The studio was small but super efficient and perfect for our family of 3. Felt roomer then other studios we have rent on other mountains. Location was perfect. Close to all the amenities you want for a weekend skiing.

Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for myself, although it could easily accommodate a couple and maybe 1 kid. The location is perfect. It is an easy walk to the gondola. There is a grocery store with a coffee shop across the street. The transit center is also a short walk up the hill. The condo is well stocked. I was able to make breakfast and coffee each morning. Probably could make dinner, but I ate out each night. The memory foam murphy bed was comfortable enough where I slept well each night without any issues. I would rent again if it was just me, or just my wife and myself.
