Kamaole Sands #7-305 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit located in the inner courtyard of the complex. It has a large lanai, split system air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a California king bed and a queen sofa bed. Kamaole Sands #7-305 has cable television, DVD, and a free Mesh WIFI system. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. This unit sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts (no fee) and three pickleball courts. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Great trip

Only suggestion would be to have a bit of a shelf or table on wall at end of bed to place belongings that don’t hang up. The boards that surround the bed are dangerous When will we get the damage deposit back?

Modern, clean and great location

This condo is beautiful, clean, modern and has almost everything that you need for a beach vacation. It is located at the gorgeous Kamoale Sands complex, with an awesome patio that overlooks the courtyard garden and across the street from Kamoale I/II Beach. We loved the patio and the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great. My one recommendation would be to have some beach chairs and boogie boards.

The unit is absolutely as advertised. There were a couple minor things, that would not detract from a five star rating, but it feel are worth noting.While the couch and chairs on the deck were very comfortable, I would much rather have had a table and chairs out there. Especially since there’s no dining table inside. We ate at the barstools on the island.There was one night stand, and a very small table on the other side of the bed. This would not have been an issue, but there is no dresser. We had to get creative in order to find a place for my clothes. For a week stay, no one wants to live out of a suitcase.The beach gear, and wagon were all in great shape. The set of knives in the kitchen were awesome to use. Thanks for a great week!

Love this condo!

Great, updated condo with a relaxed vibe! Totally different from the pictures we viewed upon renting and in the best way! We've stayed at Kamaole Sands over a dozen times and this condo is definitely at the top for us: clean, well-organized, well-stocked, and comfortable. The decor, appliances and other features are updated and modern. The large lanai is a great bonus and perfect for viewing the beautiful KS grounds and gorgeous Maui sunsets.

Wonderful condo

Kamaole Sands never disappoints. We’ve stayed in other units in this complex but this one was by far the best. It is well-equipped - above and beyond our expectations. The kitchen has a wide variety of dishes, knives, pots and pans, spices and top of the line appliances. The bed and all furniture, including the lanai, were so comfortable! Location is a huge asset. We were able to walk to restaurants and beaches. We appreciated the beach chairs and other items available for our use. We also made use of the gym. The gardens and fountains in the complex are gorgeous and meticulously maintained. Parking was also very easy. We hope we can go back before too long!

Great Spot in Kihei

Everything about the stay was wonderful. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the picture. Great location - we walked into Kihei and Wailea. There was a small issue at check in where someone else was in our assigned parking spot. When I tried to call the front desk, no one answered. It was resolved but it took about 20 minutes to drive back, wait for help and then get a new spot assigned.

Excellent Accommodations

This is our 4th stay at Kamaole Sands and we love coming back. Overall the experience was excellent, the booking, communication and check in process is seamless. The space it self is great, has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Was happy to see some artisan ice in the freezer and the Brita water container. Washer and dryer are new witch is also very nice as some of the other units have the older style. We didn't use the AC all the time but it works very well for the bedroom and living space. Our daughter stayed on the pull out sofa bed and she had no complaints at all. Highly recommend staying here. The view of the courtyard is so nice all day long.

We stayed for 2 weeks and really loved how easily we felt at home. The resort is great as always, we were a bit disappointed that the weekly party at the pool no longer had free mai tai’s but understand knowing it was because of the pandemic. The staff were great, landscaping was beautiful and we would recommend staying at Kamaole Sands to anyone. The condo had almost everything, books, kitchen wear, beach toys, plenty of towels, wine fridge, new appliances and 2 large screen televisions. The large lanai had a full couch and 2 chairs. All the furniture was in good shape, the bed was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the confusing tv set up as we could not get “normal” tv in the living room and we had a hard time figuring out the dishwasher. Luckily, the owners left the manuals in a drawer. We would stay in this condo again.
