Two marinas that you can use, rental of jet skis, kayak boat, sailing boats, snorkeling and fishing trips. You have access to the Gulf or Atlantic Ocean. Dock with fish cleaning station. Only minutes away from Marathon, Isla Morada, Bahia Honda Recreational Beach, Sombrero Beach and only 1 hour from Key West.

The unit comfortably accommodate up to six people and are completely decorated. Master bedroom with queen-size bed and Bedroom #2 with TWO full-size beds. Large Kitchen/Breakfast area leading into beautiful spacious dining room overlooking the patio and POOL! Backyard and 90 Feet of Dock Space on Canal.

Property has two marinas that you can use. Bring your own boat!You can dock your boat right in your backyard in your 90-foot concrete private dock. You can fish from your backyard. Just bring your rods!!

It was an okay stay

Overall, the rental was good. Nice area for morning walks. It’s a smaller place and is full of furniture, which makes it feel a bit cramped in the living area. Beds were comfortable and bathroom updates were nice. Outdoor space is nice but furniture is looking tired and ready for updates. The pool is lovely. Luckily for us, the neighbors were never there. So, we had it all to ourselves.

Nice in Duck Key

Everything about the property was very good; the pool, dock, canal, outside seating, etc. Inside was also good.A few minor issues with very dim lighting in the kitchen, awkward TV viewing. I also found the master bedroom mattress too firm for my liking and found it difficult to sleep through the night (but that's just my personal preference as my wife found it to be OK). Overall a very nice place to stay.

Wonderful 2 week vacation

2024 vacation

We had a fantastic time. The weather was perfect for us very hot during the day and it was nice to jump into an ice clean pool. Enjoyed fishing off the dock during our downtime. And watching the sea life come up. Completely enjoyed our time. Cannot wait to go back.

Fishing trip to the Keys

My son and I came for 5 days to fish. We had a great time!! We caught fish right out front. We were gone early to fish everyday and came back at sundown. The pool was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place for family. I hope to come back and stay here in the future with my whole family.

Hidden gem in Duck Key

This 2BR, 2 Bath is the best place to stay in Duck Key. There are no steps to climb, the unit is tastefully decorated, it has a pool and plenty of seating under the large tiki huts, and your boat is steps from the back door. You can rent 1/2 of the duplex or both sides with an adjoining door in the living space. Beds are comfortable, kitchen stocked with ample cookware, and the location is premier. We love renting it every year.

Beautiful Duck Key Location

Right in the middle of the Keys, this 1/2 Duplex sits on a Duck Key channel, where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset, walks around nice neighborhoods, and then have just minutes of driving to some great restaurants and nature hikes. Comfortable and clean roomy suite, with all you need to hang out or be on the go. A small pool is shared with the other half of the duplex. Plenty of outdoor shade and seating a few feet from the channels edge.

When we walked into this place it was WOW! Very clean, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Wish the weather would have been a little better but we had a great time. 4/10/23 - 4/14/23. The only thing I would change is the 9:00 AM check out. But over all would highly recommend and we would stay again. Thank You

Perfect week in PARADISE!

Mari was a wonderful host, very responsive and gracious. The property was exactly as pictured and EVERYTHING we could've hoped for. We rented both units with friends, comfortable for 2 families or 4 couples, one unit is spacious enough for a family of 4 and a couple (6 people). Duck Key Marina/ramp is very close, easy to bring your boat, even the fishing off the dock was great. The pool - clean and PERFECT for kids. We ate what we caught all week but you are in walking distance to Angler and Ale. I really have nothing bad to say. The house was clean and plenty of towels are available. We look forward to coming back again!

Nice property until….

The property was great yet on our last night the smoke detector started to go off at 2am intermittently until 3:30am when it wouldn’t shut off. I contacted VRBO customer service who then tried multiple times to contact the homeowner with no answer. We were stuck sitting outside in the cold waiting for the owner to come and fix the issue since it was hard wired into the house. We couldn’t take any batteries out and I was not going to destroy property that was not my own. VRBO never had any luck reaching the property owner but advised me to call the local police. As I was about to call, the alarm stopped. It did beep twice more at 5:30am but stayed off. As we were checking out at 9am and I desperately needed sleep before we had to drive for miles, I did not do anything further. I am very disappointed in the property owner and their lack of response or communication. The property itself served our needs for the short weekend but the owner needs to make sure that all systems are working properly.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at this property (with a 22' boat). The fact that we keep coming back speaks for itself! Excellent and well-maintained dock space, swimming pool, appliances, fixtures, etc. The owner is easy to reach but leaves us to enjoy our stay uninterrupted.
