Enjoy kayaking (2 provided),, fishing, swimming, lounging on huge swim platform on private dock, or launch your own watercraft from private boat ramp. Plenty room for parking. Includes washer/dryer. Includes 190 channel satellite TV with WI-FI, large 4K TV with DVD player, also TV in master and loft.Very quiet area with neighborhood watch. Only 2 mins away from Dollar general, Little Caesar's, Pizza and Wing restaurant, and outdoors store which has everything you need for a w/e getaway such as groceries, fishing/boating equipment, etc. 10 min boat ride to Lakeview restaurant on water. House was rebuilt in 2017 and NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES. Enjoy lake living at it's best in highly desirable Monticello area of Jackson lake. Unplug and enjoy Sweet Serenity

Good Rental

We enjoyed our stay; plenty of utensils, supplies & space. We were thankful for the dock access and the on site paddle board/kayaks- helped to entertain the kids.

Nice and relaxing

Stayed the weekend for my daughter’s high school graduation. This was the second time we stayed at this house. It was a nice quiet weekend that allowed us to spend time with 2 of our daughters!!

Fun Lake Weekend!

We had so much fun staying in this sweet home. We spent a ton of time on the dock, kayaking, and floating in the water. It was super helpful that the house had a grill, kayaks, bonfire pit, dinning room table for 6, and plenty of sleeping room. Thank you again, Craig!

Great house in a great location.

Owner is very responsive and accommodating. House was in great shape and clean when we arrived. It is up to date a very comfortable. Boat ramp is usable but a sharp angle may make it tough to maneuver for longer trailers. I recommend using Berry’s Boat Dock just down the road for pontoon boats and other big boats.

We rented this lake home over Memorial weekend for a graduation celebration for our daughter. From the beginning before deciding on this home until the last day of our stay, Craig answered all of my questions in a cordial and professional manner. We loved this home from the moment we stepped inside. It's cute, cozy, and just perfect for a small family gathering or a larger celebration. Beautiful view of Jackson Lake! Well stocked kitchen, very nice bathroom, wonderful deck to bbq and enjoy watching water crafts passing by, great swimming platform with ladders, plenty of yard space for chairs, and laying out on the towels. I cannot tell you how many of our friends, family, and even my husband asked if Craig wanted to sell his perfect home. Craig, thank you for sharing your lovely home and being so helpful throughout our entire stay.

Weekend Getaway

Great home for my family for our weekend getaway. The owners were available for every question we had and were very accommodating to our needs. The house was adorable, clean and had everything we needed. The boat ramp and dock are a major plus if you have your own boat. We will definitely be back!

Great hidden spot

This was a great little house on the lake! Great spot and the inside is gorgeous and roomy. Owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond! We would love to come back!

This house was so adorable. The pictures don’t do it justice. The decor is relaxing and light. The beds were super comfortable. And being able to use the boats on the lake was the best!

Awesome Memorial Day Weekend.

We had a wonderful time. The view of the lake is great. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and swimming off the swim platform. The owner is very responsive and the pictures and description of the property is accurate.

The house was very nice and very clean. I just wish I had known we could’ve rented the pontoon boat sooner, but we had already rented from another company company and could not get out of the agreement

Gorgeous lakefront view

The house has so much personality with wood vaulted ceilings and overlooking loft. The big windows in front allow a gorgeous view of the lake. My kids loved fishing off the large dock and riding around in the paddle boat! The house was very clean and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay.

The house was nice. Great place for a weekend getaway. Craig was awesome and very accommodating.. Only thing we'd add was a curtain/blind for the big upstairs bedroom window.
