Girls' Week
This was the perfect property for a reunion of old friends. We used it as a hangout space and as a base of operations for exploring the nearby islands. It is peaceful with beautiful views of the trees and park-like setting. The view of the lagoon is somewhat limited from the apartment, however, it is only a short walk down to the water. The house is lovely and the kitchen has double ovens, dishwasher, full fridge, and excellent cookware and spices etc. The large bathroom with a shower and the half bath were perfect for our needs. The beds are comfortable and we all slept well. We enjoyed sitting out on the lawn chatting with our host Ken. We learned a lot about the area and the marine life in the lagoon from him. We highly recommend this place for friends and family alike.

We had the best time
Michelle is great, at first introduction she made me feel welcome and I felt as if we had known each other. Her apartment was perfect for my family and I, the beach, the basketball court and the overall location made for a very cool getaway. We loved it and will certainly stay there again 😀

Why they chose this property

The Villa Apartment is very accommodating for a romantic retreat or a family reunion. Up a flight of stairs leads you to a quite, clean, scenic great room includes large kitchen with Island (double ovens, 6 place cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and full size stainless refrigerator. Double doors lead out to a spacious deck. The bathrooms are accommodating with a step in 2 person shower, in the main bath and sink/Toilet in the 2nd bath. Washer/Dryer conveniently located at the end of the hall in a designated room. Cathedral ceilings in open room with living room and table for 6-8. If little ones are part of the group, we have available a highchair, play pen and safety gate. With 1450 square feet, there is plenty of room!

What makes this property unique

A short walk to the beach. You can enjoy fishing, kayaking. Burley Lagoon is a very special place with Eagles, Herron, Osprey etc., with an occasional visit from our local Otter family.

For a pub/tavern experience, we have the Floatation Device out of our driveway and across the street. Often times (check their website) they have live music on either Friday or Saturday night and of course, great food. No driving needed.
