Daytona Beach House- STEPS TO THE OCEAN

Great, fully renovated beach house. 3 bedrooms (Queen/private balcony + 2 add'l bedrooms with 3 twin beds in one room and 2 twin beds in the other). 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6. New kitchen. Note that the King bedroom and balcony in the front of the house are not accessible to guests. Those spaces are locked off for owner use only.

New appliances. Washer and Dryer. Nice, fully fenced in yard with covered patio. Driveway will easily accommodate 4 cars. 2 balconies. Steps to the ocean. Walk to the beach in under 2 minutes. Great neighborhood. Miniature golf at the corner. Lots of shops and restaurants within a quick walk or drive.

Note, we do not rent to Spring breakers, people under 25 years of age, anyone looking to party at the house. Our neighbors are quiet and they appreciate us renting to like-minded people. The house is perfect for 1-2 families to enjoy an nice, quiet, beach getaway or explore all there is to do in Daytona.

Also note, this is not a great fit for people who have difficulty using stairs. Inside the home, the only way up to the bedrooms is by way of a spiral staircase. There is a full bath with shower on the main floor and there are two sofas. Additionally, there is a wide, straight staircase outside the home that is well lit at night and provides access to a balcony that leads to a huge sliding glass door that provides access into the Queen bedroom and the entire 2nd floor.

We would love to host you and your family, but we feel that it is necessary to advise you of these things first, so there are no surprises. The house is fully renovated. It provides amazingly simple access to the beach. Walk there in 2-3 minutes. Drive right onto the beach if you wish to do so. Miniature golf is 100 steps away. This is a prime location for beach goers.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available. However, there is a fee of $50 per hour for each. PLEASE consider this at the time you book. Many people call me on their way to the house to let me know that they will be there in 30 minutes (at 10AM). Your key will not work until 4PM. Also, I may not be available to adjust this on the day of your arrival. If you plan on arriving early, and you would like access to the house, please request early check in at least one week prior to your arrival. Thank you.

Note that the home has a Keurig coffee machine. Please feel free to bring your favorite coffee pods. Also, the kitchen will have one roll of paper towels and a few large garbage bags. Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper for your convenience as well. There is a CVS within walking distance of the home if you need anything else during your visit.

Lastly, I do not have any control over returning your deposit that VRBO collects for potential damages. That is handled entirely by VRBO. They refund the money anywhere from 1-2 weeks after you checkout. I cannot assist with this once you leave. Sorry, but I get a lot of inquiries about this and I simply cannot help with that one.
