Pool overlooks ocean! Spacious 1470 sq. ft. condo, on NO DRIVING section of beach. Free wifi!

Well appointed 3 bedrooms, with full kitchen with microwave, 2 balconies, 2 full baths, 1 tub/shower, 1 shower) 1 covered parking space with available guest parking.

50 inch flat screen TV in living room, 40 inch flat screen TV in the Master bedroom, 32 inch flat screen in the second bedroom, no TV in the third bedroom, so the kids can sleep. ;)

3 blocks from the lovely Sun Glow Pier (fishing!) with Crabby Joe's Restaurant & Bar (seafood).

Other nearby attractions include, Ponce Inlet Museum and Lighthouse, various restaurants on the ocean and on the river, The Marine Science Center & Sanctuary (a great place for family tours!)

10-12 miles from the Famous Daytona International Speedway, The Daytona Beach Kennel Club and the Daytona Flea and Farmers Market where shopping is plentifull

March Bike Week

We have stayed at this location a couple times, this was a different unit. Molly was great to work with, she always responded to my questions right away and was always accommodating! We like the location, the covered parking and convenience of a water hose to wash our bikes before we started our day. It was quiet this year due to some of the units be damaged from the hurricanes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to go in the early days of winter

We enjoyed our 4 nights in the apartment. The location has much to offer with ocean views, Daytona International Speedway a short drive away, the boardwalk along the ocean nearby, and quiet local neighborhoods with parks. The area was severely damaged by a hurricane more than a year ago, so the reconstruction is ongoing. The building with this apartment has several units still under renovation. This unit had some unfinished repairs of which the owner told us after we had booked the property. They are minor enough that they didn’t impact us but they are noticeable details. The elevator for the building was out of order though the property manager did not have a sign warning people. We used it upon arrival but didn’t trust it since the button for the 5th floor was not working. Later in the week, some people were stuck in the elevator and the fire department rescued them. Our son overheard one of the first responders comment that they visit the elevator frequently and he noticed it was overdue for inspection. Just know before you go, the area continues to be rebuilt. Our hosts were kind but some of this information might be useful to people considering the rental.

Great stay at Sea Fern. Condo was great and fulfilled all our needs. Close to great food and wonderful beaches and attractions. Property owner very accessible and helpful for our needs. This one is highly recommend!

Rolex 24 - Great Location

Molly and Dutch were up front setting our expectations on the nearby/building remodeling construction. They were willing to make any necessary adjustments to make sure we had a positive experience. The unit was well stocked and made it very easy for us to enjoy our time at the track. Definitely would stay again.
