This completely remodeled lovely Canal home is located in Jamaica Beach subdivision. It's only 2 minutes away from the beach! Subdivision has its private club house with a beautiful pool that is open seasonally for a fee. There are picnic tables, a marina and a nice playground.
House has two bedrooms upstairs (1st queen bed, 2nd twin beds and a queen foldable mattress in the closet), There is one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub , fully equipped kitchen, breakfast/bar area, living and dinning room areas. There’s an additional room downstairs with a full bathroom, a queen size sofa bed, tv, microwave and a foldable table. There’s a laundry room downstairs with a washing and dryer machines

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put the trash in the outside bin and place it on the street (only black trash bags allowed in the neighborhood). Leave the keys inside the lockbox. Please leave AC units ON.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No noise after 10:00 pm -Swim in canal at your own risk.Sharp shells -No children on the dock without life jackets and adult supervision
Please put the trash in the outside trash cans and PLACE IT BY THE CURVE Only black trash bags are allowed in Jamaica beach
Please rinse the sand downstairs ( dog’s paws too ) Please don’t sit on the furniture with wet clothing remove make up before using the white towels

This property is a great getaway in a nice location close to the beach.

The property owner was very accommodating and the home had lots of personal touches making us feel very welcome. Be sure to rent a golf cart to tour the canal homes and go over to the beach.

Great place to stay !

We were very happy with our stay at the beach house. The view is great from both porches. Lots of extra's included. I realized I had over packed once we got there. Being on the canal was great and it was just a few minute drive from the beach. Will definitely rent again from Aurora. The extra's were a nice touch !

Very nice canal home in quiet neighborhood

The home was very nice with all of the amenities. The down stairs rooms were a great place for our young adult grandsons to sleep in. It was nice to sit out and watch our granddaughter fish. The homeowner is very attentive and nice. She responded to my emails rapidly. The great thing is that you had both a canal view and an easy and short ride to the beach. It was overall an extremely great experience for our family trip.
