Newly redecorated cottage located one house off of Historic Flagler Ave. 2 bdrm/1 bath 870 sq ft. If you want to be close to restaurants and bars this is the place, plus only 4 blocks to Flagler beach! There is always something going on at famous Flagler Ave - Wine Walks, Bike Week, and Art shows. Sleeps 4. This is an upstairs unit there is a separate long term rental unit below. ***Free Private off street //Pricing varies: Weekends, Holidays and Snowbird Season

Spring Break 2924

We were impressed with how spacious and at home we felt. We’ve already booked another stay in July! There were many little touches through the home that made the stay unique and special and the location is hands down the perfect spot.

Great 10 day stay

We stayed for 10 sun filled days in this house right off of Flagler Ave. Everything we needed was provided before we needed to shop for food! We were able to walk to a range of great restaurants, the beach and shopping! Our only concern was the traffic sounds by the busy intersection of the draw bridge while we sat on the deck. Once inside this beautiful house we didn't hear a thing! Would def stay here again! Thanks for a great time!

Location! Location! Location!

Overall it was a very nice place. The house is very old and they did the best they could renovating with paint. The bathroom tile had some cracks, and the toilet was a challenge to flush at times. With that being said, we loved the location. It is walkable to everything including the beach. If the condition of the unit is more important than the location of the unit, then maybe this place is not for you. If the location is important, and your OK with a place that is good, but not great, then this is an ideal place for you. To my wife and I, the great location made this place worth it.

Reservation canceled an hour before check in

My reservation was canceled by the host an hour before we were to check in. I tried contacting the host by email the week before and never heard anything until I contacted VRBO chat and they informed me the reservation was canceled. Then I got an email from the host saying it was canceled and the house was for sale. And I would receive a full refund.

Great location

Being able to walk to everything is what makes this property great. Located right off of Flagler Avenue was key. The property itself needs some TLC and could use a dresser, but overall I recommend it because of the location.

Great access to the beach and the main strip. The house was clean and the water pressure was awesome! The owner was able to answer all my questions very promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice blend of rustic charm with updated amenities.

Amanda's place was very clean and perfect for what we needed during our week stay at NSB. We especially appreciated always having a dedicated parking spot and great cable TV. Since the house is situated near a busy intersection there is traffic noise. However, that quiets down considerably at night and we slept well in comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind renting there again in the future.

History

This place will let one know how people felt back in the 30's in the area. Such a nice house and well located for persons that love to walk and talk with shop owners. Great dining just around the corner from the house.

Quaint, close to everything!

Overall we were really pleased with our stay. There was plenty of room to spread out and it was close to everything that New Smyrna Beach has to offer! Loved being able to walk to the beach and to shops. However, the first night was a little chilly and there was no heat in the unit. The front door was not unlocking/locking properly, but we were able to go around to the side door.

We loved this house because you can park and then walk to everything the rest of the time you are there. You can walk to restaurants, bars, coffee, or the beach for the day. It is right near all the action, but in a quiet corner.
