This place was wonderful and we would definitely come back! Charming little suite within walking distance of everything. It’s got a little kitchen with pretty much everything you need. The electric stove probably needs to be replaced - only one side worked. Water pressure in the shower is not the best, but they give directions on how to get it working the best. It’s an older house so to be expected. My husband and I had a weekend getaway and loved it. Thank you!

Low hot water pressure in sinks and shower. Electrical outlet behind Microwave was inactive.Bed comfortable, but loud squeaking when getting in or moving around(I kind of fixed it).Cable TV not working, but had a cable box, streaming only. Internet was adequate.Great location, close to beach.Could use a tv in the Kitchen. Giant clock in Kitchen really broken(we tried to fix, but it's really broken. Just for looks. The only reason this property gets a 1 star is for the location. This rental was terrible. No hot water or water pressure in the shower, Appliances did not work (besides fridge), there was no thermostat ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My husband and I woke up in puddles of sweat. The bed made a loud squeak every single time my husband or I moved. When I messaged the host about the water and thermostat, there was no response. Still as we check out, no response to our messages from our stay.

I have stayed at this property before and the cottage. But it was a few years ago. Location is wonderful and the property itself is very aesthetically pretty. That being said the building should be condemned and burned down. Old creaky drafty noisy zero water pressure accommodations. All of the outdoor furniture is yard art and totally unusable. Electricity is possibly the oldest I’ve ever seen. Made the best of it, but will never ever ever come near this place again.

Never heard from the cost other than email with a confirmation info. We loved the location and property but a few things made it disappointingWater had very very low pressure took a while to even get hot. Sink in bathroom drained very slow and we literally had no heat the last day of our visits . The temperature when we got up was in the 50s. We jumped up and immediately packed to leave due the cold temperature.

Comfortable Retreat Near the Beach

Enjoyed and relaxed in the upstairs apartment a block from the beach. It was very comfortable for two people. It was very clean and had beach towels and chairs for the beach. Thank you for the relaxing stay!
