A favorite destination for Winter Texans, especially those who want to see many exotic birds found here but few other places in the U.S. Tree shaded park model with an addition the full length of the trailer, 16' by 30' overall. House has A/C, heat, queen bed, twin beds and a sofa bed, living room, dining room, front porch, carport. Situated in a 55+ gated park with indoor and outdoor pool. Over 50 activities from Nov. through March. Only 2 miles from the World Birding Center at Bentsen Rio Grande Valley State Park, and within an hour's drive to many other world birding centers.
