Fully renovated 2 Bedroom ( new King and queen beds) and one bath. New Pebble floor shower with subway tile.
Clean and neat. New kitchen appliances ,granite, cabinets, and flooring. No carpet to trap dirt.
One car garage for storage and beach items. Plenty of parking on site. New washer and dryer.
Quiet neighborhood but close to bars and restaurants. Walk to beach and Pier for fishing.
Enjoy the Intracoastal, numerous golf courses and easy day excursions to St Augustine, Amelia Island

Cute bungalow

This house was perfect for our stay, close to the beach and all the restaurants. You can download an app called the beach buggy (palm tree) and instead of driving a couple of blocks and fighting for a parking spot this app will allow you to request a golf cart buggy free of charge just tip. They pick you up at the house and bring you there! Nice neighborhood, house was clean and beds were comfortable!

Great base for beach and Mayo Clinic

We came to town for an appt at Mayo Clinic (3 mi away - super quick trip), but also managed to make it a comfortable beach holiday thanks to Deb’s place. Lovely quiet Jacksonville Beach neighborhood, a couple miles from young and hopping Neptune Beach area. Comfortable bed (A#1 requirement), nice shower and even beach towels and chairs for the 2 of us. Laundry was convenient, too. Amazingly easy to park at the beach, but I’m sure that was because June is off season (free parking vs metered lots during peak season). Younger people would likely bike to the beach, but I’d say it’s just a spit too far for a walk, especially at the end of the day, lugging chairs. This is a bungalow just as shown — no table for eating, just a kitchen counter, and if you want to watch Netflix be prepared to log in to your own account. Basic cable. The kitchen was OK, but not set up for a serious cook (we have a special diet and don’t do much fast food/carry out), ie this is not the place to find your every kitchen need, like sharp knives, cutting board, serving dishes etc, BUT this is to be expected at a Beach rental, fair to say, so mentioning this as an FYI, and not a ding against this cute little house.

Bungalow Review

This was a great place to stay during our weekend trip to Jax Beach. It’s a short walk from the beach and near a lot of different restaurants and bars. The property is also clean and well maintained. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend a weekend in the area.

Family Gathering

For us this was the perfect location as my family had a home rented around the corner. It is an easy walk to the beach but it was chilly this weekend so we had no beach time. Super comfortable bed! The lock box is a bit tricky. I never could conquer it! Thanks for Chuck meeting us and helping us out and getting acquainted.

Good beach rental for small group. Only issues were with the thermostat changing it settings, and with some noise from the neighbors. But all in all it was great.

Perfect for us!

The home was a great space to spend a week. Since we are from Jax Beach, this was our old neighborhood and we were familiar with the area and surroundings, but for someone not familiar with the area, you’d have no problem getting around - the location is central to everything at the beach! The home is well stocked with everything we needed, very clean and comfortable (I slept like a baby in the king sized bed!). Thank you for a wonderful stay....we will likely be back!
